'Lovely property in a quiet location perfect for a relaxing holiday'

'Superfijn vakantiehuis met als extra verrassing zwembadverwarming! Zalig genoten onder het afdak...aan en in het zwembad. Vlakbij Lindos gelegen. (5 min rijden) Het kon niet beter volgens ons. Svetlana staat echt altijd klaar met raad en hulp. Zelfs als het niets met het huis te maken had. Ongelofelijk hard bedankt voor alles!'

'The outside space and pool is great at this property and exactly what we were looking for. We loved the quiet village that was perfectly located for our Niece’s wedding venue in Lindos, literally 5 minute drive to the stunning Amphitheater. 2 Double bedrooms with balconies were nice and bright with good Aircon and plenty of wardrobe space. Never any issues with the WiFi and the owner Peter met us in the village and showed us to the villa on arrival, he was on hand by phone for any issues and...

'The owners (Kostas and Nell) are living nearby and assist you with anything you need. From good restaurants to car rental. The villa is very nice and privat. Airconditioning in all rooms. Everything you need is available in the villa. The swimmingpool is big enough to swimm in the morning. Avandou is located central on Rhodos and a good place to travel to all intersting sites on Rhodos. We will come back in the near future.'

Just before the start of the season (last week of April), it was still very calm in Kalathos, not everything had opened yet, but we really liked the fact that it was calm. 'De villa is heerlijk, heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en ziet er verzorgd uit. Het zwembad wordt goed onderhouden. En de locatie is ook perfect, op loopafstand van het dorp waar je je prima kunt vermaken. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug.'

'The pictures do not do this villa justice....this villa is amazing. The views, the cleanliness the accessories, utilities....everything utterly amazing! The walk into town and the beach wasnt too long (my 5 year old managed it) but the walk back upto the villa is quite steep. My mother isnt the best at walking so we generally got a taxi which was 10 euro each way. Would definitely recommend and hopefully we'll be back soon.'

'The Citrus House offers a great location if you prefer a quiet environment away from the resorts. It's also spacipus, comfortable amd well-equipped - just what we needed after 10 days of fairly intense travelling (which is always wonderful, but exhausting!). We hired a car at superb rates from a provider recommended by the owner and found it very easy to explore the island from the base im Kalavarda. Comms was also exceptional. '

Manoli, her father, is just as fantastic. He was our hero when we realized we left all our adaptors at home and he showed up with his own for our use. They made us feel like family. You dont need a car since the grocery store is right next door and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. But, if you get...

'We've got a first good impression on arrival. Very clean house with good accomodation. Very nice people on the Phone to contact for further questions. Having a rental car when visiting this house is recommanded, unless you only want to chill at the very clean pool! A new matras would be useful for one of the bedrooms. Overall, very pleasant and nice stay!'

'Echt top! Bungalow was schoon mooi en prive zwembad maakt het helemaal af. Vriendelijk welkom en dicht bij het centrum maar ver genoeg om geen last te hebben van het lawaai. Ontbijt is vroeg tot 10 uur en serveerster is helaas ver van vriendelijk.. een lach op een dag zou haar een stuk mooier maken.'
