'not a comfortable environment at all, cabin was full of bugs and cob webs everywhere, have to pay for guest’s to come visit. They say speed limit 5 mph but they zoom around on go carts going past cars, then tell the cars to slow down, because you’re not white!!!!!!! Most horrible experience ever!!! Then got police called on us as well!!!!! '

'We enjoyed our stay overall at this vrbo! The location is excellent, it is a 5 min walk to the lake. The neoghborhhod was quiet and felt safe. It was nice to have our own parking spot on the property. The house is newly renovated, and had nice finished and a kitchen that had all the needed tools. There were a few tjings that could still be added as part of the renovation, but ill assume that is ongoing.'

'Loved the house, feet from the water's edge, shallow at the edge of the lawn and wonderful view of the lake. Too soon in the season for docks to be in, it would have been nice to walk out over the water. Enjoyed watching the birds on the lake. Spacious deck, A great time skipping stones on the water. 'We stayed for a long weekend to view the Total Solar Eclipse. House was immaculately clean and orderly. Heat worked great! We brought groceries and had everything we needed at the house to make all meals. Loved the dining table in the front room with the wonderful view of the lake. Owner was super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Very nice neighborhood, friendly people liked to stop and talk when we went for walks. Good selection of streaming choices. 'This site was booked for viewing of the total solar eclipse. And while the weather did not cooperate, the site itself was perfect. The grounds were lovely and private, and the house was clean and comfortable. I think it would be even better if there was a television onsite, but overall it was a great place to relax and enjoy a peaceful setting. 'My family and I stayed in Honeoye for our daughter’s college graduation. We absolutely loved the house. Huge open floor plan in the kitchen/ living area. The owner has gone to great lengths to have pretty much everything needed to stay. Wegmans and Walmart are about 14 miles away from the home. There are places you can go out to eat or stay in and cook. We definitely recommend!'

'Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.'
