'This is my first experience in AB&B. If Oconee Oasis is an example of what I can expect, then the hassle of staying in a hotel again is a thing of the past! From the moment my son and I entered, it seemed so inviting and welcoming. but my highest praise is reserved for CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN! Everything was CLEAN! EVERYTHING! And the attention to detail was over the top, as well. All the amenities were of a high quality, and we wanted for nothing. There was even books, puzzles and cards available...

'Property was as advertised, clean and convenient. A friend and I stayed for 4 nights during the Big Ears festival. Most music venues were within a five to ten minute walk. Some, like Boyds Jig and Reel were across the street. The Standard and the Mill and Mine were a two minute walk. Be forewarned the railroad is 40 feet from your residence. If you are a light sleeper, this is not a place for you. I liked that there were 2 separate bedrooms with full shower and a third bathroom downstairs. Good...

'This little house was perfect. Very tastefully decorated. Very easy to navigate the home. The location was central to downtown Knoxville. Communication was excellent with the ownership and management of the home. I travel a lot and if you are looking for a very clean home with everything you need for a short stay. I cannot recommend this home anymore. Outdoor space was lovely.'
