It would not have been fair to guests who were unable to book with us. However, our management has accepted the possibility of refunding you 50% for the nights you wanted to cancel.All our staff was at your disposal to resolve all your request, like the AC or for breakfast. Perhaps many of your requests were just an excuse to leave without penalty?See you!

Dear Richard.We assure you all our systems are constantly checked, unfortunately the air conditioning block (which lasted about 2 hours) is not attributable to us but to an interruption in the electricity supply.Preferences regarding the type of mattresses and pillows are always subjective but certainly our staff would have done their utmost to assign you a different room or to provide you with softer pillows if you requested them.We are a 3*** hotel and we provide a continental breakfast with pastries prepared daily and a cafeteria with a very coffee machine, not with automatic system , so we think we offer a service that is very appropriate to our hotel category standards.

That's right, our structure has an agreement with the Zoosafari park and is very suitable for families.We confirm we had a problem with the hot water but we fixed it in just 20 minutes.Tastes on food are always subjective, however we would like to point out that we offer menus that are updated every day so as to always offer the best of fresh local products.All the characteristics of our structure are well clarified on all the booking sites, if you have not met your expectations we are sorry but this is not a reason to request a refund, which we did anyway.Best regards.
