I liked that it was quite and clean nice stay just didn't care for it being by the interstate could hear all the traffic going by also didn't like that we couldn't find a stoper for the bathtub so we had to use a washrag to keep water in when taking a bath

Actual room looked nothing like picture on web site. Smelled horrible. Air conditioning did not work properly. Commode rocked when you sat on it. TV did not work until management cane to work on it. Remote for TV ended up not working either. Shower took forever to get fairly warm. Curtain in window to outside parking lot had to be pinned so no view to the inside from parking lot could be had into room. You could see light all around the door to the room. Bed linens all had cigarette burns in them. Bathtub had cigarette burns on it. Not a pleasant stay at all for us and we won’t be back.

You booked a Smoking Room , everything is works fine if air is not working so why you sleep all night ? If tv is not work you call to office they already fixed it . You don’t know how to turn on TV , if your hoist what you do ? You call cable company or you try to fixed by self ? This property is out door so you open window you see your vehicle and all parking.You booked SMOKING ROOM guest do not respecting we can not control the customers.

They have vastly improved from whenever my late father-in-law stayed there or whenever I had to drop off a customer. The rooms have been moderately updated (outside of the microwave and mini fridge) the bathroom, living/sleeping area, television, and overall decor. Even though they're not able to control the road noise due to the location; they're conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and various fueling stations. Despite my neighbors during my stay, I was able to relax and sleep comfortably. The staff was willing to accommodate request within limits and the owner doesn't not tolerate ignorance and will ban those that do not respect other guest or the property. It may not look attractive as you drive-by or approach the property, you should judge by appearance but by your stay. I'll return I'm the future and I place it 4th behind Staybridge, Avid, and Homewood Suites at this time.

Fayetteville Stay
Room was very clean, as were bath linens and sheets. Only thing needing attention was the rim ABOVE the tub enclosure! I would definitely stay there again!

Disappointing this time. Last room there nicer.
Blanket had holes in it. Bathroom old and not very clean looking. Beds very comfortable and pillows good. Used noise machine because of loud sounds from highway.

At first glance you may pass this place up.
At first glance you may pass this place up. But, the room was totally updated! Service was great and staff very nice. I usually stay at another hotel. But, will definitely choose here instead. If you're ok with just a clean comfortable place to sleep. This is the place!

Turned out well
Pleasantly surprised. Room spotlessly clean and bed and linens nice. It’s a drive up to the door motel room but turned out great. Would definitely stay again.

Give it a try!
Nice clean room. Will stay again. Light sleepers beware. The location is right off the highway and it is pretty loud. I didn't mind but light sleepers should be mindful.

A proper comforter or warm blanket would be nice The thin blanket wasn’t sufficient The floor is very cold a mat for the bathroom ( other than the very thin towel) would be preferable Most places now offer body wash but we had to go buy some and no hair conditioner for a 2 day stay?

Owner is rude/room stunk
The owner/manager of the property was really rude, not only did he throw the room key card at me, but came knocking on my room door like he was the police. The room itself stunk really bad, we tried to air it out but it didn't work. We asked to be moved and that's when he got really upset. He scared my 13 year old, for sure to the point he couldn't fall asleep because he though the owner was coming back to do something. The counter tops were sticky and dirty and the bathroom had red splashes all over the walls. I know pictures would show proof but I was really disgusted that I just wanted out of there. Fyi the owner wouldn't refund our money and instead up charged us to switch rooms. Fyi stay clear of this place, especially if you are traveling with kids. Terrible attitude!

You think you are smart ? So why you booked Smoking room ? And mid night you came & change room to No Smoking room we change number Smoking room . The room had a lot of spackle everywhere in the room. When it rained, the water came under the door. It was clean. You are getting what you pay for. Not a fan of the cigarette smell when requested a smoke free room

I checked into the room on a day that was 100 degrees outside and the AC was off in my room. I inquired at the desk as to why the AC was not turned on in my room despite having booked it days in advance. I was told that Regency Motel does not turn AC on because it only takes 30 min to cool the room and that they don’t turn AC on before any guests. I have been experiencing lodging for 50 years and I have never heard of such a policy. As a result my mattress retained heat throughout the night. I had slept in a tent on RAGBRAI this week with more comfort than at the Regency 7 Motel. The thermodynamics of the walls cannot cool 30 degrees in 30 minutes because it takes 6-12 hours to establish that goal.

Sorry for an inconvenience, we are not run air conditioning for 24/7 . Can you plz tell me you run your car for 24/7 ? Cause they burn gas in your vehicle that’s why you can not run your vehicle,Same we are not run air conditioning 24/7 cause utilities are way high and all other cost is way higher then normal before Covid .when ever save money we have to control . Give me an answer you run vehicle 24/7 ?
