'The house was great for our stay. We loved getting up in the morning and looking out at the river from the back porch. The evenings were so peaceful. We would love to come back in the warmer months to enjoy the pool and river. We had 9 people with us so we had plenty of room.'

'Overall a good place. It's definitely in the woods and you can expect all the bugs, wasps, catepillar overload, and any other creepy crawlies you can think of when you think of being in the woods. The cowboy pool gets filled with bugs and stuff falling from the trees as soon as the cover is off. Being from Colorado, I didn't fully expect that. It's only a few minutes from all of the New Braunsfels fun and is only 45 mins to San Antonio so location was great. The river or lake access isn't ideal...

All of the brides maids stayed in the house with us to assists with the wedding and it was perfect. The host were great and even gave us an extra hour or so to check out.
