Perfect Holiday
Nice spacious room, spotless clean, very delicious and variety of food and beverages, friendly and fast service...what else would you ask for? I also liked how they separated the adult only and kids/family sections. All in all it was a perfect holiday! thank you Blue Sensatory team!!

Top hotel
Met alles erop en eraan, top hotel en geweldig verblijf gehad. Er is aan alle details gedacht, eten en faciteiten waren super. Echter zijn er weinig evenementen en de evenementen die er zijn, zijn alleen maar op Brits concept. Je mist het gevoel van Turkije.

Take the boating excursion to Blue Lagoon. Not so much for the Lagoon but the beautiful caves and cliffs and pristine waters. We were also lucky to spot both white and black mountain goats. Also see lots of pirate ship excursions that makes for good pictures. The guides are great too.

Un hôtel bien en deçà des attentes. service d'accueil. service client, le comportement du personnel est très mauvais. Ils ont des employés qui ne peuvent pas passer la commande correctement. Un hôtel où il faut aller tout acheter soi-même. Il n'y a pas d'organisation pour les enfants. uniquement des animations anglaises et un hôtel ridicule pour les britanniques uniquement.

The hotel facilities are very good but the rooms looks like 3 star hotel and needs refurbishment. The towels are so old. The main restaurants were excellent but other restaurants were all reserved.

The hotel was nice and peaceful and gave zen vibes. The staff were nice and friendly and spoke english well, but under staffed, they were constantly in a rush. As a restaurant in Turkey, I expected chai at every drink station for example, the bar’s. Was denied tea a few times and told to get it myself from other areas. I came in with my husband and baby and check in was nice and quick which is important as a mother was a baby. Provided with a crib and essentials for baby which was great. My baby ended up getting quite sick while we stayed at this hotel so we checked out early and they still charged us for the rest of our stay. Food was great, lots of option. Pools were clean. Tub in the room is hard to get out of and i slipped each time even though there is a non slip mat because the tub is placed higher than the floor itself. Restaurants were all booked so we didn't get to dine at any of them and some you have to pay for even though the hotel is “all inclusive.” You have to pay 80 euros to book cabanas for the day but yes i would stay again if i were back in Turkey in the future

Sehr schöne Anlage für die ganze Familie
Schönes ruhiges Zimmer. Grosse Poolanlagen. Auch Kinder kommen in dieser Anlage voll auf ihre Kosten. Sehr grosses Angebot an Essen von guter Qualität. Die Weine im Hauptrestaurant sind etwas gar einfach. Da könnte man nachbessern.

I cannot fault this hotel at all. You feel very well looked after - the staff go out of your way to help and the adult only area is a god sent if you want some peace and quiet. The rooms are fantastic- we had a pool access room as a treat. The food quality and variety was great from the buffet and the other restaurants were very good.

The property is in middle of nowhere. Do not get a standard family room as you walk straight into twin room and door bangs against bed. Intruders could access twin room easily so unsafe. You feel like you are sleeping in a corridor with doors banging all night. The bathroom has no shower cubicle but has a shower in a tall bath unsuitable for someone with mobility issues and you can easily slip down. Cannot have a bath in bath as no tap. Toilet right next to sink and you bang your leg against the towel rail. the photo of family room misleading. Superior family room excellent. The main restaurant is canteen like with 3 rooms for families with young children, families with teens and adults only. No finesse as there are no table clothes, candles or wine glasses until you ask the waiter, all you get is a plastic container with cutlery. Wine is good. Prosecco poor but drinkable. Chinese and Turkish was good. Italian service poor and was rushed so cancelled steak. Pool facilities excellent. Beach very pebbly and dark sand. Cocktails excellent will make to order. JD, Tanquery gin, smirnoff vodka, bacardi available. A must is go to cable car near olu deniz via cab (120 ytl), Cable car 80 ytl each (60 kids) and then lagoon in olu deniz via beach clubs. Paragliders exciting to watch. Shopping in fethiye good. Entertainment is good. Bodrum and antalya have better facilities. Would not return to hotel because of standard family room facilities.
