'I recently stayed at Dave’s place with my pet dog and friend and we loved the overall experience and our time there.beach was 2 min walk from the backyard and we could hear the waves at night. Felt like private beach with only locals/ neighbors there occasionally. Dave was very helpful in proving us with local information and best places for food and wine. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean. I highly recommend his Apartment if you are looking for some peaceful time by the beach...

'Everything was as it seemed inside unit! The only constructive feedback I would offer is to include a pic of the outside of rental as it was a little less to be desired and to try and remedy odor in stairway to unit. Strong smell of dog urine. Inside unit however was clean and perfect. No off putting odors!'

'We stayed for a long weekend to see the eclipse. We had a small issue with the lockbox checking in but they were super quick to rectify that as the owner lives next door. We loved the grounds because it gave my 2 year an opportunity to explore. The house is up on a hill so you do get a nice little view of the lake as well. It’s an old farm house and it has a lot of charm. Everything we needed was provided. It is also close to all the wineries in North East. I would definitely stay there again!'

'Great location, able to walk everywhere- market, restaurants, church, and the lake. Plenty of bedroom space, well appointed kitchen. Most is in good condition. Nice big dining table and chairs for meals and games. Easy parking. Drawbacks- steep, narrow staircase to beds and bathroom. Several uneven thresholds. These can trip even the careful. I don’t think I would recommend for elderly or small children because of stairs. That being said, the place had old fashioned charm with modern comforts.'
