'The property was nice and quiet. I see a lot of construction around and am happy to see all the new areas that are being adding to the property. We did enjoy our stay even though we arrived late and left early the next day. I feel we did not have time to adequately enjoy all the offerings.'

'Doc and Wendy are such nice people they make you feel welcome from when you check in! The property is right on the river and is walking distance to the Whitewater Amphetheater if you are tubing or seeing a concert. If you don't mind walking, there is the Riverose Tavern and a small coffee hut open early to get a latte and bagel. Definately would recommend the Horsehoe Riverside lodge'

'It was very quiet and clean. The only minor issues was a couple harmless spiders but since the property is by a lake it was not an issue or surprise. '

'My family and I had a wonderful time at Camp David Retreat for Thanksgiving. It was 10 of us with 4 kids and 6 adults. We comfortably all fit and enjoyed all the on campus amenities. David and Wendy were incredibly responsive with our needs as we were preparing Thanksgiving feast away from home and we found the house well equipped. The kids loved the old school Nintendo games and pickleball courts. We highly recommend!'
