'This is a cozy little cabin about halfway between Hot Springs and Trust. With the windows open we could hear the creek. Is was very convenient for us to let the dogs out in the fenced yard. I like a shower with a hand shower head so that was a definite plus. If you will be eating all you meals in Hot Springs, as we did, it is an 8 mile drive back and forth on a curving mtn road. The smokey Mountain diner is yummy for breakfast. Would stay again.'

'My favorite moments of the stay were spent sitting on the porch in the morning, listening to the birds sing. I have a bird song ID app on my phone, and was able to identify over 15 different bird species. So great to hear each song. The property has everything we needed for a comfortable stay.'

'What a cute cottage in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown Weaverville. Had everything you needed for a great stay. Very clean and well appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch for morning coffee listening to the birds and frogs. Owner was great to work with. We would definitely stay there again.'

'Just back from a spring getaway to beautiful Roan Mountain. This was our second stay at Kim and Art's lovely mountain cottage. Had a great time hiking with our dogs, who loved being off leash at the property. The cottage is clean, cozy and artfully decorated. Our hosts were warm and welcoming. 'There was a slight issue with the floor and was unaware of the composting toliet but loveed every single minute there. Bed was wonderful, couches comfy and the area was beautiful. It was amazing waking up to seeing horse in pasture and turkeys out the window'

'This was a fantastic girls weekend with my girls. A gorgeous cabin right on the river with an amazing deck. We saw eagles, ospreys and an otter swimming by while having coffee on the deck. We also relaxed at the near by hot spring spas for an hour got dinner at one of the local taverns. Tried our hands at fishing while relaxing near the water. Amazing place to relax and unwind. Definitely coming back for a much longer stay. FYI: Stop at a grocery store prior to coming into the local town it has...
