Nice staff, building is new so everything was perfect. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Parking is free and lots of space. Recommended!

We had reserved through Expedia and our reservation wasn’t in the system. We were asked if we just made the reservation and we told her it was made earlier. Fortunately I had a confirmation email. She checked again and amazingly it was there. Rooms are nice but some furniture could used a good dusting. Quite a layer on the chair.

This was the perfect spot to stay when visiting Flagstaff. We were passing through for a night and I’m glad I chose this hotel. The location was very convenient, near the highway and across from a Walmart. There were plenty of dining locations nearby, but it was also situated a few miles outside downtown, so the traffic wasn’t bad. The room was very clean, the shower was great, and the breakfast was good. Overall I’d definitely recommend a stay here in Flagstaff, whether it’s just a night or if you’re in town for an extended period of time.

Not sure how this hotel got this great review but the heater makes a huge noise waking me up a couple of times over the night. It's right next to the railroad, traffic noise. In the morning, undercooked mold potato was disgusting. Would not ever come again here.

Room had towel rack torn off wall. Found a hole drilled in the wall in the bathroom. Brought to the attention of Manager and said they were booked full for the night. Called down to front desk and never picked up down there. Went to mini store and heard phone ringing constantly and the worker came to check out my purchase and left the phone ringing. We did get upgraded the next day to the "suite" room for the rest of the stay. Kids were excited to swim in the indoor pool but that never happened as it looked dingy. We decided that we will spend the extra money for better hotels in the future as La Quinta was not worth the savings.
