Uitstekende ligging om van daaruit de stad te verkennen. Alles wat je verlangt in een hotel voor een citytrip was aanwezig.

Leuk hotel in het centrum van de stad. Deskundige, behulpzaam en heel vriendelijke personeel. Zij hebben mij meteen herkend van mijn vorige verblijf in juni, voelde me meteen thuis. Ontbijt is heel goed verzorgd, gevarieëerd en lekker. Kamer was prima, modern tv met satelietzenders, koffiezet apparaat enz... Zeker de moeite waarde om er naar toe terug te gaan.

Nice hotel near the city center and atractions.
Very nice hotel, near the city center, atractions and turistic places. Al the historical places as musea also at walk distance. Very nice hotel staf, very helpfull and friendly. Excelent breakfast. Very clean room and I get another room with garden vieuw. I do intend to come back for a few day in future.

Gunstig gelegen t.o.v. de bezienswaardigheden
Voorkomend personeel. We wilden een rustige kamer, hetgeen betekende, dat wij op een binnenplaatsje uitkeken, waar wel eens een geurtje uit opsteeg. Kamer zeer schoon, iedere dag opgeruimd. Wel betrekkelijk klein, maar dat was geen probleem. Zeer goed voorziene ontbijtmogelijkheden. Bij het schoonmaken hield men rekening dat wij siësta wilden houden en dat de kamer voor die tijd in orde was gemaakt.Goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding.

Good location, walkable to train station and to the sights we wanted to see. Staff treated us well. We felt safe walking around the area. My bed was a bit sunken. I was also caught off guard that you have to leave your room key with the front desk when you leave, but honestly it's fine since someone is always there and you don't have to worry about losing the key when you're out.

The hotel is very conveniently located to many of the most sought attractions. It is easily walkable to the train station. The room was clean and quiet, however very cramped. A very good breakfast available and while it was not included in my reservation, it was worth the price, both for what was served and the convenience and the relaxed start to the day. Some staff were very helpful and friendly, some were not. There is an elevator. There is a very good restaurant just next door. Also, very close to all levels of shopping, luxury to inexpensive souvenirs.

Had a nice stay. I was in Florence for The Weeknd. Very charming hotel and close to everything. Our room was spacious with a beautiful view. The only downfall are their beds. Hard as a rock. Staff was very courteous and spoke English which was a huge plus!

The hotel staff was excellent. The room was small, but comfortable. I would definitely recomend the hotel.The only suggestion I might have is room darkening curtains/shades. Our room was very bright at night even with the curtains closed, because there were quite a few outside lights shining in.

Staff were very helpful. We had a noisy room at the front of the hotel and they moved us the following day with no problems. Breakfast very good too.

Room was small, but for 1 person the room I booked was fine. I could barely open my luggage; the entry door had to be closed for me to open my luggage. The area was quiet and located a few minutes walk away from some main areas. For what I was looking for and the price it was a good deal. I just needed a small room to sleep in. Goal of trip was to explore the area and spend as least time in the room.

A great hotel. The staff are very helpful and kind. It is close to major sights. Our room (superior room) had a view of Brunelleschi’s dome. The hotel is quiet. And there was a great breakfast.

I like the location. I was here last year and they seemed to have fixed the hot water issue since then so the water works! Smoker’s dream: You can smoke cigarettes and cigars downstairs outside the reception lounge. Free things: Free flow coffee and lemon water 24h a day in the lobby. Free sangria or welcome drink. 1 per stay. Lots of restaurants around: Try the Fork app to get 20-30 percent off many of the restaurants nearby. Even without discount, the central market 5 minutes away has the best food court options in Italy. Much better than the Milan branch of the central market. Basic necessities: .99 euro shop 5 minutes away and a supermarket for cheap snacks and drinks if needed. Lightning fast WiFi: I was able to conduct two one hour business meetings without a wired connection. The WiFi was enough to handle streaming and conference calls. I will certainly come back again next year, this is my go to hotel.

Really friendly helpful staff throughout the 24/24 day and service was what i asked for and needed. Quiet back room was a request which they met, sunrise view of the Duomo was the cherry on the top!

Old but quaint hotel
My family of four stayed here. The room was very old-fashioned, but spacious. I wasn’t a fan of the bed, and especially the pillows at all. Our streetfront room was a bit noisy with vehicles and people walking past. Staff were very helpful and very friendly and couldn’t be faulted. Very close to the train station, though the walk to the hotel with bags is difficult due to the narrow path and traffic. Markets and all attractions very close by.
