Mooi appartement in het hart van Florence
Met gezin 5 dagen verbleven in stijlvol 3-kamer appartement met kitchenette. Appartement Clarice bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping, te bereiken met de trap. De woonkamer is ruim en volledig ingericht. De aangrenzende slaapkamer is ook ruim en heeft een badkamer met bad en toilet. Ook staat er een wasmachine. Vanuit de woonkamer is er een klein deurtje naar de trapje die leidt naar de 2e slaapkamer: wat kleiner maar ruim genoeg voor de 2 bedden. Ook is hier de 2e badkamer, met douche en toilet. De beheerder is regelmatig aanwezig en is zeer hulpvaardig o.a. in verstrekken van tips voor restaurants, het printen van boardingpasses en reserveren van taxi's. Het straatje waaraan het appartement ligt is smal, maar wel voor auto's toegankelijk, wat goed doorklinkt in het appartement zelf. Het is gelukkig geen drukke straat. De ligging is perfect voor het wandelend verkennen van alle bezienswaardigheden van Florence. Ook zijn er veel restaurants zeer nabij te vinden.

Such an incredibly perfect property for a family stay in the heart of Florence. It was only 15 minutes to walk to the furthest areas of our time there and couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

We enjoyed the stay. The location was excellent, a few blocks from Ponte Vecchio, walkable to everything. About 15 min walk from train station. Staying in a building that was reportedly built in the 1300’s was quite exciting. Everything was very clean, amenities were nice. The beds were very comfortable and the 3 bedroom unit was quite spacious. One twin bed was a loft with a relatively steep ladder but the kids loved it. The showers, although small, were clean had continuous hot water from tankless system. If staying on the top floor, 3rd floor is really the 4th level, it is 64 steps from the street to the final level, which was a little extra exercise a few times per day, but may be a challenge for some - but obviously people have been doing it for literally over half a millennium.

Great Location. Noisy at night because the windows are single pane. Kitchen is not usable because the breaker jumps when you make toasts and cook at the same time. Then the water in the shower gets cold and you’re in the dark because of toasts! For the price, would consider elsewhere.

I am sorry that you are disappointed. we do always our best to welcome our guests but sometimes happened something. we are not hotel, Palazzo Belfiore is a Residence and we dont have reception cover 24h. you have booked an apartment not a room in Hotel So Lucrezia answer you at 09am when she started to work and together housekeeper we fixed all you request and eletricy works well but in italy when use many things together the system shut down. I dont want to leave you a not good memories of your stay at Palazzo Belfiore, so considering the 3 token and late checkout and 40 to refund. I hope and wish you feel good and comfortable with your stay in Florence

Welcoming and responsive hosts and housekeeper who allowed us to check in early and arranged taxi transport upon leaving. Large 3 bedroom apartment (Caterina de Medici) was great for our family of 4 to be able to spread out and have privacy. Downside to this apartment is being on the top floor with so many stairs but we managed. Shared washer and dryer and filtered water refilling station in basement was helpful. No blankets available, just a sheet and thin bedspread, was cold. Air conditioner in living area leaked and awoke in the middle of the night to find water dripping on floor. Loud street noise, glad we brought our fan for white noise while sleeping. Other than a few minor issues, we enjoyed our stay here and the beautiful city of Florence!

These rooms are gorgeous. My family stayed in apartment Leone. It was spacious and quaint. We loved the rustic decor. It was a step back in time mixed with the modern comforts. The apartment is within close proximity to everything you want to see. It's only a block away from the Palazzo Pitti and Boboli Gardens and a few blocks from the Ponte Vecchio. From there...it's your choice. The management team is amazing! They are so kind and helpful. We were walked to our room and provided descriptions of the hotel amenities, nearby places to go, eat, etc. We took them up on many suggestions and enjoyed them all. Without a doubt, when in Firenze again, we will certainly stay here.

We loved our room. The vaulted ceilings was magnificent! Everything was surprising, classic and spacious. Only suggestion is to have a real full bed not two twins pushed together. We joked about falling thru the crack the whole time but no worries.

Absolutely loved our stay at the gorgeous property & city!! Plenty of room for our family of 4, excellent communication with staff, perfect location, and honestly the most comfortable beds we’ve had in our entire 3 week trip to Europe! We really appreciated the ability to wash some laundry while there, as well! Highly recommend this property!
