Never Again !!
There were people outside making noise most of the night, the room was not supplied fully, no wash cloth or shampoo. I didn't feel safe. I was planning to stay another night but didn't stay there I checked out after the first night, they would not refund my money for the 2nd night. the person at the front desk got hostel with me and I had to ask him several times to give me my receipt. I want my money back for the night I did not stay. I was not treated with respect.

Dirty property, clean water was not available the first day of my trip, roaches in the room, very unhelpful staff that quite frankly did not have a clue what was going on, had to wait 4 hours to check in because the staff were “running an errand for a guest” honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Expedia was not much help in the process either. Stay far away from this property, it is not worth your time even for a cheap stay.

The man at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The price was good, the room comfortable, and it was quiet.

Sadly, we walked into the room and immediately out. The room and bathroom smelled. Because of the overall shabby look of the place, I peeled back the sheets and mattress cover. The mattress was visibly soiled. We left immediately.

Unacceptable!!!
This hotel had the most deplorable room we've ever stayed in. Nothing was clean, blood on the toilet, cockroaches on the walls, a rusted sink, and the shower had chinks missing. The bedding all had cigarette holes and they were filthy. The air conditioner was missing a cover and it blew foul air. The lampshades were covered in dirt, mold, and blood spots. The bedside lamp couldn't be plugged in because there were no outlets on that wall. The couch was stained and also had cigarette burn holes. This hotel should not be open for business!!

Sad place to stay.
The room was not clean. There was no trash can or tissues. The room smelled like smoke and the sheets to the beds were not clean. There were cigarette holes in the pillow cases and sheets. Worst place, as far as cleanliness is concerned, that I have ever stayed.

Shock and huge disappointment
The room was filthy. The sofa was stained. The desk chair had no vinyl left in it. We cleaned all hard surfaces ourselves with Clorox wipes including the entire floor. The bathroom fan didn’t work. There was writing on the headboard of the bed. There was no channel guide in the room for the tv. We had to have a waste basket and min fridge brought to the room as both were missing. There was no water in the outside pool. I think it’s mainly a place for people to live as some rooms were occupied as permanent living quarters.

This facility was awful. The front and the lobby is nice but the room was disgusting! There were roaches coming from all the wooden furniture, it was so AWFUL! There looked to be old blood on the mattress and there were cigarette burns on everything. I honestly can't believe this place is still in business. The only nice thing I can say is the lobby looked clean and the front desk associate was very nice.

I would like to request a full refund. This hotel was very disgusting. It had a bunch of young people drinking and hanging out in the front at 1:45am (the time we arrived). In addition, the actual hotel room was very disgusting. It was not cleaned or sanitized before our arrival. The bathroom had pubic hairs on the toilet, there was a dead roach on the floor where sink is. There were holes in the wall, and it smelled horrible (dirty). I am requesting a refund because we could not stay in a place where we feared we were going to get robbed and because it was filthy disgusting as again, it was NOT cleaned prior to our arrival. How can Expedia suggest a place like that? We are requesting a full refund.

When I arrive the place looked deserted, more than 3/5 of the area looked closed off. After circling around four time , I chance on 2 residents that told where to wait. After a couple of minutes, the desk personnel arrived to open the front door. The place look like something from the murder network. In the breakfast are a out of order sign was visible. After getting the keys, my wife and I went to the first room, I almost slipped on some water on the floor, the room smelled musty and of cigarettes. There was mold behind the bathroom door. The desk chair had a big dark stain on the cushion. When we moved the covers, roaches were scurrying about. I went back to the front desk, to get another room. The second room was better but when I laid down to sleep, my wife saw , what look like a bed dug trying to hitch a ride. When went back again to the front desk to complain. He offered another room but by that time, we had enough. After packing we went down to another place, that was 10 times better. The Travelodge was like an pay by the hour seedy motel. We feel we should get a refund since in was so awful. During my time in the military , I found condition in the woods more appealing

We didn’t stay because the first room wasn’t ready and cleaned up. The second they offer was supposed to be cleaned but had bugs infestation. Check behind the curtain and the bed head! They agreed to issue a refund. We didn’t get it yet (after a week of waiting).

Not worth the savings. First they sent me to a room with no bed linens at all. They gave me another room. Noisy people outside. Furniture is old and worn, cigarette burn on couch. Room was old and worn down. Bathroom smelled like pee. Woke up and killed a couple of roaches. Saw the “housekeeper” who looked some old and scraggly guy straight out of a horror movie.

Very dirty. Roaches dead on the floor of room just cleaned (floor still wet) when we walked in. Very poor condition linens, furniture and bathroom. Hotel needs a complete do over. TV sound was not working correctly so TV had to be swapped out. Breakfast was very non existent. Cereal was stale. Very little milk available,no tea or sugar, no bananas to go with cereal. Asked employee to get spoons to eat cereal. Went out to my car to get bananas and hot chocolate mix for my husbands breakfast. Never stay there again!!!!!!

The room was not what I would expect from Expedia. It was dirty, there was no hair dryer, no tissues, and the toilet seat was ready to fall off. I spilled some water on the floor by the desk, and when I wiped it up the toilet paper I used was black dirt on it. SAD!!!!

Smelled like rotten tobacco and dead rats. Cockroaches in bathroom, sink, tub, and toilet seat. Holes in wall and door. Cigarette burn holes on bed sheet. Very surprised this property is under Wyndham brand.

Hotel needs proper repair.
Hotel needs adequate repairs in rooms. Smoke goes into non smoking rooms. It is clean. Much of the room was not repair to a like new condition.

Dirty, full of bugs in the room, plus got bed bug bites in the next morning i woke up. This motel not deserve to use Wyndham's chain name with the hotel conditions. Can't wait to leave the motel and hesitate to do complain as the receptionist busy on the phone with other complainer

We couldn’t even stay at this hotel. We checked in went to the room bed had burn holes on bed cover, roaches running around. Old used bandaid on the ground. Carpets were not at all vacuumed. To be completely honest this place should be shut down or condemned. Completely gross and not even sure why Hotels.com would list this hotel.
