'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. The only response from the staff was weak apologies and an offer to call a taxi. After complaining online, the hotel said they might, with advance notice,...

'We did not realize the hotel is being renovated, which is great....however less so when it's from 9-6 on the floor above you! Also only one working elevator. Great breakfast, housekeeping, decent room, nice front desk staff.'

'We loved our weeklong stay in the kasa frisco apartment. It was very clean, furnished well, very safe. I love the valet trash pickup! My only real complaint is the lack of signage in and around the building. Eventually we figured things out but not before getting turned around and a little lost first! It’s kind of a confusing building to navigate. Other than that we loved our stay and would stay again!'
