'Our concert date changed abruptly but the staff accommodated us quickly and without penalty which we greatly appreciated. Such a convenient location to American Airlines Center. Hotel was recently updated and looks great. There are still signs of the hotels age, leaky faucets. But overall it was a great stay and would book again if we are in the area, great price. Most business hotels around the downtown area are all variations on the same boring thing design, but ZaZa offers the usual amenities in a much more original way. 'I have stayed here several times and I am almost never disappointed. The service at the hotel (on all levels) is excellent. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure that every need is met. Our room was very comfortable and the concierge was key to arranging for the hotel car to take us to dinner and get us back to the hotel.'

'The one thing that really disappointed me about this place is that their listing on Hotels.com mentions an airport shuttle, but on arrival they tell me to take a taxi, as they 'do not do airport transfers'. As I specifically picked a non-chain hotel that -did- have an airport shuttle, this led to my stay costing USD 80 more than anticipated. 'The hotel is aging. The price was right on hotels.com. Parking was not great. Room was nice and clean. '

'Very nice place! Unique experience with it being a partial residential building but everyone was kind and it was easy to navigate. There is a separate elevator entrance for hotel guests, but there is a back entrance of the building that is close. Felt safe walking around, but it is a big city so be on your usual guard. '

'The property did not have easy instructions to get into, the check in process was extremely confusing. Hallway smelled like trash because there was a large pile of trash sitting outside overnight. Apartment had broken items (strange broken painting randomly on floor). Not the worst place I've ever stayed but wouldn't recommend'
