'Front staff was helpful and friendly. Great breakfast (could use sugar free syrup options). Clean property and a great location. I would definitely stay here again if we needed a place in this area again. Only criticisms: we had a family suite with a king and 2 queens. For a room that size, they only initially provided 2 towels and the king room had no storage for clothes or really anything in that room aside a bed, tv, and two nightstands. There was plenty of clothes storage in the 2 queen...

'I was by myself so I only needed one bed, I got 3 LOL. Huge room, 2 LG TV's. good wi-fi, close parking, right off highway. Interior is old but OK. I was attending a drag race so wasn't in the room but to sleep. Shower was too small (Ihave a walkin). Bottom line, for me the price was right and it served my needs. I will go back next year.'

Our suite was like an antique store, so many items to appreciate. Very clean accommodations. Short, easy walk to downtown Waxahachie, great breakfast places. Sweet town.'

'This is a nice house with spacious rooms, but we encountered several issues with regards to cleanliness. There were clumps of hair on the floors, in the pool, and even on the front porch. Items were left in the backyard from previous guests. Food was caked on various surfaces. The towels were rolled up neatly on the beds, but they were very damp. There was also a significant fly infestation that seemed to be primarily in the kitchen. I wondered if food had been left out, or if the trashcan...
