Great place to stay. Great host. This is technically my 3rd stay….. although on my second stay, I didn’t quite make it but my adult son did. Love the host. Love the location. It’s quiet and safe, and close in proximity to the reason I am visiting Fort Collins.. It has most anything you would need.

Moose Lodge Lift
Basil is very much on top of being a host. My daughter had no issues with either her stay or noise. She very much enjoyed the location, all that was available & the cleanliness. Basil was kind enough to let my daughters friend borrow a bike for the Tour de Fat-that was so kind! We really appreciate you!!

Lovely garage apartment with just the right amount of everything! The rain shower was a nice way to end the day. I sat on the patio and enjoyed the weather, lush trees and beautiful surroundings each morning. Bed slept comfortable. Only wish we had time to walk in the parks near by.

We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient to where we needed to be. The host was super nice and shared his love of flowers with us. He always checked to see if we needed anything. We will definitely go back when we have the chance.

This rental is spotlessly clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The host is friendly and helpful--if you have time, be sure to visit with him. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Fort Collins!

Can’t say enough good things! The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. Very clean and nicely decorated with a rustic Moose theme. Basil was such a wonderful host! He’s very accommodating, kind and knowledgeable of the area and all things Colorado. We would highly recommend and will stay again next time we visit the area.

Cozy home away from home. Reminded me of our log cabin we used to live in. Bed was very comfortable, we slept really well. Great water pressure with amazing shower/hot, hot water. The property is located in a terrific neighborhood. I loved the back yard area with all the plants and flowers. When you come outside each morning that’s the first thing you notice/smell. We highly recommend this property and the hosts. We were mostly out and about and just there to sleep but whenever we did see the owner they always asked if everything was okay and if we needed anything. Also good communication leading up to our stay, providing directions and keypad lock instructions. If we’re ever back in Fort Collins we know where we’ll be staying.

Awesome Carriage Apartment
The Moose Lodge was an excellent place to stay. It was about the same price as nearby hotels and we had the opportunity to stay in a lovely quiet neighborhood with full kitchen, bathroom and multiple available streaming tv options. The place is perfect for 1-4 people. Very comfortable and clean. Lush plants in the backyard make for a relaxing atmosphere. Our host was great with communication by text and in person. Within walking distance of retail places like supermarket, pub and coffee shop. Highly recommend. Will be back next time in Ft Collins.

Memorial Day sight-seeing
Had a short but nice stay at the Moose Lodge. I got to have some conversation with the owner, which usually hasn't happened with my other bnb experiences. I'm a very out and about person so it would nice to cross paths with Basil. His rental pretty much had everything I needed for a place to sleep in between adventures in the local area. I recommend their place!

Home away from home
Basil and Debbie made me feel right at home during my 4-week stay in their fantastic loft. They were swift to respond to all correspondence as well as any needs I had. The loft was super cozy and was stocked with dishware, fluffy towels, and all the amenities. I highly recommend staying with Basil and Debbie when in Fort Collins!

Ridgen Farm Stay
Everything about the stay was great. Good price, super nice hosts who care about their guest's comfort, quiet, safe neighborhood, comfortable room, cute "moose" theme complete with fireplace, and kitchen. Convenient parking, easy access (you do need the ability to climb a flight of stairs), grocery store nearby. Everytime I return to Fort Collins, I will look to stay here.

Moose Lodge Loft at Rigden Farm was OUTSTANDING
This host was SO helpful & kind & generous spirited that all aspects of being away from home were easy & comforting. The facility was totally clean, organized, & had all the features I could want. It was a lovely separate facility from the hosts' dwelling. There was really GOOD energy in it that made sleeping easy. The neighborhood is quiet, so lit up & safe I could walk at night for food & sundries (& a latte in the morning). A short lovely 17 min. walk@ way. There are walking paths & parks nearby. Basil made me the most deliciuos homemade authentic Lebanese hummus I've ever had. He & Debbi offered me the best hospitality ever of my 69 years. I heartily recommend this RVBO. Am grateful I stayed there.

Cozy Loft and Wonderful Host
This loft is charming, comfortable, well-stocked and was just right for my wife and me for our 5-night stay. Basil is a very warm, caring and thoughtful host, along with his spouse, Debbie. We were arriving late evening and the access to the loft is via a back alley that is wide but rather dark, but Basil had literally lit the way for us with lights on in his own yard and up the stairs to our loft. (Note: You have your own parking space right at the foot of the stairs up to the loft.) Basil warmly greeted and welcomed us, helped carry our bags, and showed us everything we needed for our stay. Each day thereafter, he gently greeted us and asked us if there was anything else we needed and offered us anything at all from his own kitchen. Basil makes THE BEST hummus and one day in a spontaneous casual visit even made us shish kebab sandwiches with his delicious hummus. We were treated not as strangers, but as new friends with genuine warmth and thoughtfulness. I most highly recommend this VRBO for one or two adults, or two adults with a child.

Super duper cozy!!
The Moose Lodge Loft is adorable! It's quaint and cozy and full of charm. The fireplace and wood throughout give it a warm, inviting vibe. It's fully stocked with everything you could need and a lot of little extras. It has a cute bathroom with a nice, deep tub and the bed was comfortable. The location is sunny and super quiet in an extremely safe neighborhood. It's also centrally located and close to everything. Our host, Basil, was friendly and super helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent Stay--No Surprises
The studio apartment has everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable and worry-free. Kitchen was well stocked--even lots of coffee choices were provided. Fireplace was a delight on those chilly Colorado mornings and evenings. The owners live in the house next door and were available if anything was needed--which there wasn't any needs for our stay. Definitely plan to return when we are in Ft. Collins.

A dried crusty washcloth was beside bathroom sink and long hair and used soap still in shower. Reached out to property owner and they apologized, but nothing else. Made us wonder if anything had really been cleaned.

The place was clean. One of the cleaners left a cleaning cloth in the bathroom. We apologized for the oversight but the guest found our apology insufficient.

Amazing hosts!
My daughter and I stayed here for a college visit to Colorado State. The location was perfect! The loft was so cozy and the flowers in the yard were an amazing view when sitting on the little porch . Debbie and Basil were amazingly helpful with airport questions, restaurant recommendations, etc. It was fun getting to know them! If my daughter ends up going to CSU, we will certainly stay here again!

It was a perfect vacation get away! It had everything we needed. Very cozy, well decorated, clean, and very well maintained. Very nice neighborhood. We went for walks at night and felt safe.
