This is our third time staying at Costa Hollywood over a period of 5 years. We have seen changes over that time of course. I am glad the Costa Hollywood has been able to maintain a high quality after the impact of national shutdowns. There seemed to be more people traveling and staying at the Costa than in 2022. We enjoy the spacious rooms with balconies and ocean views. The close location to the beautiful beach and restaurants is hard to beat! The only Costa restaurant is on the rooftop with the pool. We noticed that there were more families with children using the pool. At times it was difficult for us to access the pool. Sadly, we gave up trying to access the hot tub. It was constantly full. The rules for the rooftop area are posted but no one is enforcing the rules. We have stayed at hotels that offer adults only hours for pool & hot tub. It might be a good idea for this property. We also witnessed children eating food in the pool. During our stay this year we were given a towel voucher that had to be given to the person in charge of towels in the courtyard on the first floor. There used to be nice plentiful towels on the rooftop available. I don't know if they restrict the general public customers from using the pool. The towels we exchanged each day are not the quality or absorbency of the ones they used to have. We didn't use the restaurant at all. 2 years ago we were told that we couldn't charge food or drink to our room. We preferred to dine at nearby restaurants.

This is a great place to stay while vacationing at Hollywood Beach. We had a spacious studio room that met our needs, the main ones being a balcony (small but functional, with terrific views of south Hollywood Beach, the ocean and the intracoastal waterway) and a (mini) fridge in the unit. Kitchenette also has a sink, microwave and toaster - perfect for saving a few bucks on breakfast. Spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, and actually equipped with an exhaust fan! - a rarity in hotels but so useful to keep the foggin' mirror clear. I have to give special acknowledgement to Cielo Stays, as their professionalism, super quick responses to all of our questions and concerns, and follow-up actions, gave me full confidence that they would resolve any other issues that may have come up. Location is ideal, with the beach and great food at numerous restaurants a couple minutes' walk away, and a coffee shop across the street from the lobby. Rooftop pool and bar have outstanding views. We will absolutely stay here again, next time we're in Hollywood Beach.

Great place, no wifi and staff is nonexistent. Supposed to be 24 hours but nobody is there ever. Its a shame, but was an alright overalls ray.

Hello Aleksandr, our phones are available 24x7 we are not affiliated with the onsite personnel that runs the hotel and building services. They had an outage on wi-fi for a few days but now it is fixed. Apologies for the incoveniences.

Beautiful property, condo was spacious, clean and well laid out. Everything seemed new and in excellent working order. Bonus to have a balcony and the view of both the canal and the ocean was stunning! Two packages of coffee were not enough for 5 days but we were able to get more when we asked. Quick and easy communication made the stay stress free!

Our publication clearly shows the pool is private to the condominium but it is not inside your unit.

Long weekend stay for fall break
Love the pool and hot tub areas- amazing views of intercoastal and the boardwalk on the ocean. Definitely would stay here again. 175 dollar resort fee at checkout was an unpleasant surprise though.

The front, Dess clerk name (WIL) gave me the most hardest time!The noise was unbelievable children running through the hallway! And parking overnight was $80 which is outrageous!

The rooms are amazing however the lack of service is terrible. We decided to extend our stay, about 3 days in advance, the day before our original check out they still couldn’t tell us any thing. They did however let us know it would be ok for us to sit in the lobby with our luggage for 4 hours until they had a solution. Ultimately, had to call the booking agency to get them to contact the resort to get any thing done. Also, valet parking is a joke. 40 dollars a day and they parked it on the street. It’s hasn’t moved since we got here. Asked for a luggage dolly, only to have them point me down the block, once I got to it another employee took it from me. Beautiful place, but the service has ruined this for us.

Hello Clifton, unfortunately when you book with expedia, the entire reservation and changes need to be done through them and we cannot alter the reservations ourselves.

The space was great. I was nice to have a desk and a table and chairs, we work from the room. Bed was comfortable. Shower needs a little more attention on the grout when cleaning. I have no major complaints but I do want to make future renters aware...this is presented has a privately owned condo with all the amenities. It may be privately owned but it is, for all practical purposes, a one bedroom suite hotel room. Hotel towels, 4 of them, 2 washcloths, no dish towel or dishcloth. A sign telling you that they are not part of the hotel and towel exchange is not included in your rate. No decor to indicate privately owned.

Our apartment had amazing views and it was clean. Convenience of kitchen and fridge. Didn’t like that we ran out of towels and they wouldn’t replace them because our unit was owned by a private owner. The resort fees and all other fees were outrageous. The actual room rate was reasonable, but the rest of the cost was very expensive.

They do not clean your room. We asked about getting it cleaned, they told us to contact expedia. We did and then Expedia told us to contact them. They agreed to clean our room for an additional $70. While cleaning they removed the almost empty toilet paper roll. They told us this is not included and we would need to buy our own.They also told us soap was not included and we need to buy our own. This was the biggest joke that i have ever experienced.

Dear Steven. I am sorry you didn't read the details. Our rooms are cleaned on departure and before arrival. Towels and linens are changed upon request every 5 days. We provided with an starting set of amenities. We rent the condo, we are not a hotel.

Très bel hôtel, emplacement exceptionnel. La terrasse est superbe et la chambre était très belle et propre. Point négatif : il y a un frigo, un micro-ondes et de la vaisselle, mais pas de table et de chaises pour manger. Comme nous avons passé plus de temps que prévu dans la chambre parce qu'il mouillait beaucoup, j'ai fait plusieurs tentatives pour avoir une chaise, mais c'était impossible. Très ordinaire!!

Nous avons appris à l' enregistrement que ce condo appartenait à un particulier et que si quelque chose n' allait pas nous devions nous adresser au propriétaire. . Comme de fait, le lave vaisselle tout neuf était inutilisable et défectueux. Après deux visites de réparateurs, le constat a été qu'il devait être remplacé. et que nous devions nous en passer pendant notre séjour. On nous a promis une compensation. Mais nous n' avons pas vu la couleur... Pas de savon à vaisselle, ni torchon ni linge à vaisselle. pas de drap contour. Store du salon défectueux. Pas très heureux du séjour.

This property is fantastic and I would go back again and recommend others to go as well. The rooftop is amazing with a big pool area and great restaurant/bar with nice lounge areas. One view is the ocean the other the intercoastal waterway! The property is steps from the beach and boardwalk where there are tons of dining and drinking options. 1 hr free bike rental is included. We also enjoyed the walk across the highway to Le Tub Saloon for a perfect view of the sunset and terrific hamburger. Our room was a studio and it was clean and modern and the bed was very comfy. One night our neighbor was being very loud at 3am and we called the front desk and they took care of it immediately. We went out to experience the water taxi which was a lot of fun and cool to see huge yachts and mansions. This area and this property is excellent - no complaints!

Incredible property
This unit was better than pictured. It is in a perfect location to the beach and nearby dining, shopping, people watching. The pool / hot tub area is amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had an issue with an appliance and the host was very responsive and addressed our issue quickly and fully. I highly recommend this property. A few things I learned in the 4 days we stayed: - Where Pierce St. enters the Broadway there is a company that rents beach chairs and umbrellas. The umbrellas are red. You give them your unit number and your last name and you can have two beach chairs for "free" every day. Umbrella rental is $20 extra. You can head down and use a chair/ mark a set of chairs in the morning and then when they open (at 9:30am) they will come over to you and have you pay/ give your unit info. You can come and go throughout the day but should leave beach towels on the chair; some used tee shirts. They close at 5pm so after that you are on your own. - You do not need a car to stay at this property. Uber is easy to use and the parking is so expensive. It was a $40 uber drive from the airport and a $18 uber back to the airport. - The unit does provide a trash bag and a few starter items (one roll of paper towels, two rolls of toilet paper, 4 dishwasher pods). It worked out well for our 4 day stay but you may need to get more if staying longer. There is a washer/dryer combo but no washing liquid.

I really enjoyed my stay there. I booked my stay through Expedia but the unit was owned independently and it did not offer the full amenities of a regular booking directly through the hotel, no matter - I didn't need daily housekeeping service and refills for the coffee maker - that was about all that wasn't included. Cielo, the property managers for the unit here helpful and responsive, check-in and check-out were a breeze. The property is modern, clean and steps to the beach. The resort fee includes a daily lounge chair beachside but I also opted for an umbrella each day for an additional $20. The rooftop pool area was lovely - and busy. Angling for a beach towel seemed to vex every guest I talked to, they didn't make it easy to snag one. I hope to return to the CH next season, perhaps booking directly through their reservations desk next time.

The room was spacious but basic. No pictures on the wall. Icky pillows that you didn't want to use. The pool is beautiful but I could never find a an open seat. Very nice bar/restaurant next to the pool. $40 plus tax per night for parking. Ouch. Our bill when checking out for a week of parking, taxes and hotel taxes was over $600.
