When you made the reservation we informed you that we had three properties and that we worked with limited services and that our Front Desk Staff would help you as soon as you would arrive. The bag that was hanging in your room was for keeping the humidity out of your room, since we have a lot of guests that prefer not to use the AC during the night time. I would love for you to call me directly so we can make sure that you will be refunded for that night that you didn't stay. Penny, We are sorry that your stay didn't go as well as you wanted. We are sorry about your shower curtain, not sure why the housekeepers forgot to replace it with a new one. We change them after every new guest comes in. As a Spring Breaker group you signed a waiver with all the policies what is acceptable and what is not. You promised that you wouldn't disturb the other guests after 10 pm at night since we go by the city noise ordinance . All our guests are paying guests , to receive a quiet well rested night. However after the first night the Front Desk agent approached you, regarding you not keeping to this policy since numerous guests complaint regarding the noise from your room until morning hours. You promised you would keep the noise down. The second night you locked yourself out at 3:45 am in the morning and you were waking up the whole neighborhood. One guest wanted their money back due to your noise and as stated in the written policy for Spring Breakers you would be responsible. You didn't receive extra blankets and pillows because the reservation you made was for 4 guests, but when you arrived you brought an additional 2 guests with you , the room wasn't set up for the additional guests. The additional fee was your security deposit and was released after you checked out. Upon check in we explained to you if in need of any extras please do not hesitate to contact the Front Desk by calling the number on your WIFI card that you received upon check-in. Due to Covid-19 we have the bear minimum in the room but we can always supply you with more. You made the reservation through a third party and it clearly shows that we didn't have a pool. We offer guests to use the pool at our sister company. We are sorry that sometimes a hotel is not always the right choice for the guest. But we always strive for 100% satisfaction. Sincerely,
