This is my hotel, I have been coming to this hotel for many years. I like the convenience of access and especially like the shopping and restaurants which has been built up across the street. The hotel Manager Oliver was very nice and accommodating!

Found two roaches in the room bathroom. Took videos and pictures, took to front desk. Was told that manager will be notified and Athena lease a discount will be applied to my total rate. Never got a call from management apologizing neither a discount was applied.

This place was filled with uncleanliness rooms my family along with two other families were complaining of obvious bedbugs rooms were not clean staff was horrible. There was no leadership available and Expedia was just as worse. I arrived at this hotel around ten pm had paid for 8 rooms only seven available out of the seven only four were able to be used. My family and I were still in the lobby at 4am waiting on resolution before me and my family had to bunk in the four rooms until 8 which would have been our check out time as we were there for a cruise. No response yet on the phone with Expedia with no resolution til just about 4am. This was a filthy horrible hotel I will NEVER stay again. Makes me totally rethink Hilton at this point and I have never experienced this with them.

Called at 10am to request an early check in and was promised so but arrived to a 3 hour wait. Upon checking out early to make our flight, the shuttle driver was rude, not welcoming, threw our luggage in his trailer and drove very fast and reckless going to the airport. At the airport, our luggage was hastily removed and thrown to the curb. Requesting a full refund.

We arrived late in the night, checked in and was so disappointed in the condition of the hotel. The carpet in the hotel is absolutely disgusting.. it’s dirty!!!! Not just the hallways but the room carpet and ceramic flooring was rotten! We had booked 8 nights there for a family vacation and could have cried at the poor conditions there. The shower was clogged and slow to drain, the closet door was completely off the track and put in the closet. After 4 days of staying there no one had come in to do housekeeping, garbage was not touched, beds not made or changed, no fresh towels. I decided to call down and ask to have it cleaned/freshened up the next morning. They said we will let the housekeeping know. The next morning we left for the day, came back in the evening and the unit wasn’t touched. No towels, no toilet paper…nothing!!! I went down to the front desk.. told the guy there and he said he was sorry. I asked for towels and toilet paper and was so discussed that we had to go to a dirty rm He promised it would be done the next morning. That was far from the truth! Not done the next day. Every day I would go down… promised to get it done but nothing!! I asked for the manager several times and always an excuse that they weren’t there. We had housekeeping come in on the last day we stayed.. totally discusted with the hotel. We paid a lot of money and got no service at all. All of the pics on here are not accurate.. breakfast was just ok! No big variety at all. BUYER BEWARE!!!

The hotel was conveniently located across from shopping and food and not far from the airport. The complementary breakfast was nice. The only downside was our first room hadn't been cleaned yet and we walked into the cleaning staff still working on the room. The person at the front desk was very helpful and moved us to another room immediately. Overall, we had a good experience.

Very nice property. We had a suite which had a completely separate bedroom. It was nice with a great kitchen. The breakfast was very good with comfortable seating. Lots of pillows and a quiet room. I always like Hampton Inn & Suites. Very close to FLL airport. Thanks for a great stay!

The complementary shuttle from airport to hotel was ok. Waited over an hour for pick up at E hotel shuttle site for American airlines. Called driver 3 times. Communication was not clear if we were in the right spot to meet the shuttle for ride to hotel. Check in was easy, helpful, fast.
