Good morning Aly, Sorry if you feel this way. I guess accommodating you to change your reservation at no charge on a non-refundable reservation and getting you a late checkin and bringing you extra pillows at midnight was not satisfying. We try to accommodate everyone in the best way possible and as for the phone, you could have dialed 0 in the room to get assistance.
