No tienen horario para que la gente deje descansar las personas que estaban aún lado tomaron toda la noche pelearon y no dejaron descansar y el estacionamiento llegó una grúa yo tenía mi permiso y aún así el d la grúa una persona muy grosera le la quería llevar el departamento con muchas cosas descompuestas la puerta del baño no cerraba la llave de la regadera no servía bien

In general it was all good, but I wish they had coffee available in the morning, and afternoon, better cups for water, if possible vending machine for snacks, a printer in case we need to print something and electronic gates. I saw people trying to enter the property at night time. But I really enjoy the stay. Great location! and the front desk people they were really nice.

200 feet from the ocean and boardwalk. Check in was easy and I was able to get early check in for a fee.

The housekeeping open the door even when was told her were people naked changing their clothes…. Everything was dirty and human hairs everywhere, cigarettes and tobacco everywhere.

The check in was extremely busy though the front desk staff were fairly efficient. The room is roomy but there is a strong disinfectant smell. The hotels are fairly old I think. There was a mini kitchen and you can get a box for kitchen stuff like pans, mugs, cutlery. There is also a small store but there is no pricing displayed.

Although the place was ok for the money and it was clean, the front desk lady was extremally rude. Other people had experienced the same thing. Also, expect to be charge an extra $ 39.00 for parking.

Hard to find.
The room was big, but it was bare bones. Hotels.com said it was called The Palms, but there was no sign saying so. The office paperwork said they handled 9 properties but The Palms was not listed. It was difficult to find our room from the office.
