Great location and Host !!
We loved most everything about our stay, beautiful location and patio area! The inside was very clean and had many amenities. The downfalls were lack of ventilation, so there was alot of moisture in the room making things feel damp including our bedding and left a musty odor. The bed was only a double and not queen as what listed in the original posting. Plus the AC unit was right by the bed, and there was a light that shown through the front door all night lighting up the entire inside. Otherwise it was all great !!

Private space in the back. Owner and wide are super friendly. Quick walk to the beach. Back area has a barbecue grill, tables, and. Chairs, with lots of what trees and foliage.

Vacation.
Almost everything was great. I wish there was access to laundry. The only complaint was the bed was too small and very uncomfortable. Didnt look like a queen as advertised, looked more like a full. I woke up sore and in pain every day. Other than that it was perfect for us. Thank you!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for for nights and absolutely loved it. The property is less than a minute’s walk to the beach and within walking distance of lots of places to eat and drink. I never felt like it was too noisy or busy though. It’s on a quiet street and has a beautiful patio/garden that we had to ourselves the entire stay. It’s extremely clean, in a safe area, and the hosts were friendly and seemed genuinely invested in ensuring we had a pleasant stay. I am so glad we found this place; if we return to south Florida on another trip we will absolutely be staying here.

Amazing location but poor communication
We had issues with people parking in our designated parking spot. We contacted Vacasa many times and had poor unhelpful responses from random customer service people. We never met whoever manages the property, but when we finally were able to park in our spot, they left us a note saying we needed to pay for the day or be fined. When we reached out to the vacasa team to see what was up, we never heard from them. By this time our stay was done so it did not matter. Besides that hiccup this place and amazingly close to the beach and broad walk. We spent all day on the beach and ate at a new place every night. I would consider going back. It was clean and had all the essentials. Perfect for a couples get away!

Nice Little Retreat
Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by the owners, John & Enga. They owners immediately made us feel welcome and showed us to our room. The little courtyard was a peaceful oasis right off of the boardwalk. We will definitely visit this place again and it’s hard to beat for the price. The only critical remarks are toward the A/C unit being directly next to the bed (less than 36 inches) and the loudness of the unit and cold air blowing directly on you can make it hard to sleep. The toilet is very close to the wall in front of it so very tight area. Again these are being critical. The unit was very clean and had a nice little setup for a short stay. You are literally steps away from the boardwalk and beach. We are grateful for the owners hospitality and welcoming experience at their place.

Terrific place to stay.
Perfect location, literally steps away from the beach and boardwalk. Cute patio, secluded for privacy. The studio was impeccably clean! If you’re not renting a car, you can use the Sun Shuttle to get to the other end of Ocean Dr for dinner, drinks and shopping for only $1 per person. I can’t wait to return again in the near future! The owners are incredibly kind.

Best of both worlds
This garden apartment is conveniently located just steps from the broadwalk but the outdoor patio area is tucked away and private. We enjoyed our meals outside surrounded by beautiful tropical plants and with the sounds of the birds. The apartment itself was clean and our host was incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved it so much we’ve already booked the place for next year!

What a nice place this was. Just steps from the beach and broad walk. A wonderfully shaded patio with comfortable lounge chairs , table and chairs to eat. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean. John and Inge were wonderful hosts! A great place at a great price.

Garden Courtyard near the beach
This little studio was just right for a couple of days at the beach. We ate in one night and could walk to many food options for breakfast lunch and dinner. The beach is a 2 minute walk from the studio. We really loved our brief visits with the lovely couple that reside here.

Quiet serene getaway
We hope to return to this quaint little apartment as it was perfect location near the Broadwalk. It was nice to be able to have a cool spot to get out of the heat, have use of a kitchen or enjoy the serene garden respite. The owner was a very kind gentleman. Also, the parking spot was a bonus as it was very convenient.

This property was absolutely gorgeous! My mom and I were fortunate enough to met the owners who made our experience even more enjoyable telling us about the local area and history. The boardwalk was beautiful and there were so many cool places around to see. All along the boardwalk were restaurants with ocean views and we were only a minute walk from the board walk and beach. You can also see the sunrise at the ocean side and sunset at the bay side. Could not have wished for a better place to stay.

Great property! Love the little garden area with seating. Make sure you bring or purchase staple kitchen items like butter, oil, coffee and that you park in the front of the building not the parking lot closest to the beach. Overall loved it!

Great little get away!
Went to FL for a weekend to escape GA and get our toes in the sand. This place was not just walking distance but CRAWLING distance to the beach and bars! Absolutely a great price for location and everything! Especially considering the Marriott nextdoor is $300 a night!

Location, Location, Location
This place is exactly as shown. The location is wonderful for a quiet beach vacation. The backyard is absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately I’m giving it 4 stars because not only is the full size bed uncomfortable, it’s location in reference to the ac is just terrible. I wish they would reconfigure the room and get rid of the couch to upgrade the bed and it’s position! It would be much more useful and enjoyable to couples that way. My fiancé had to sleep on the couch for our vacation or he had a sore throat from the ac blowing on him all night. John is so incredibly sweet and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed all other aspects of our trip.

My husband and I had a great time and really enjoyed staying at this waterfront condo. Perfect location and great owners! Just two things to be aware of - the bed is more of a full size than queen size and AC unit located by the bed so cold air blows right into your face.

Interesting retro vibe going on here. The back patio available for common use is a nice feature. The owners have created several seating areas so that everyone staying can have a bit of their own space in the tropical garden. The efficiency was well-appointed and just one building stands between the rental and the beach. We rented a car and discovered it was a unnecessary expense because there was plenty of shopping and restauarants within easy walking distance.

Perfect!
The location was so close to the ocean and the sand, just feet away. The little efficiency was eclectic, like walking back into the 50s. The furniture and decorations were very interesting in a good way. As is not always the case, it turned out to be exactly the way it was advertised. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We had a simply wonderful time. The huge patio was very private because of the palms and abundance of plants. Having only four units, it was the exact opposite of a large hotel with the added plus of having a kitchen when you wanted to eat in. John and Inga were so helpful and considerate. We will be back next year.

Great location and wonderful hosts!
I just returned home to a very non-sunny and cold Massachusetts and already miss my little Hollywood Beach studio. This property truly is a hidden gem and literally steps from the Hollywood Broadwalk and the beach. Could not have asked for a better location or hosts. John and Inge the owners are a wonderful, warm couple, but not at all intrusive. Property was very clean and nicely furnished in retro Florida decor! Very cute! Inge's garden orchid collection, is also impressive! Would definitely stay again if I have the opportunity.

The location was in a short distance to the beach. Some of the things that would have been helpful, light over bathroom mirror, vent fan in bathroom to remove steam and the coffee pot is on its last leg. The parking space is fine as long as someone doesn't try and remove the cone and park in your place. The air conditioner is next to bed (4 feet) and puts to much air on you while sleeping.

Great location almost on the beach in a tiny green oasis between larger houses
A few steps from the broad-walk and ocean. Small studio with everything needed, in a good condition, clean and safe. Wonderful green yard with shadow and garden furniture. We got very good experience and had a great time. We miss it already. Small negative points. The bed is smaller then announced Queen size. The wall mounted air conditioner is too close to the bed. First time guest needs more detailed instruction: where to park, how to get the key from the safe locker. We cold not park and get into apartment without the kind help of Linda and John (very nice hospitable couple of local residents). The fees (VRBO and cleaning, each $90, seem too high).

Great no frills efficiency steps from the beach
We came down here for a small getaway for our honeymoon. We found this cute little place on Home Away, and at its low cost we couldn’t pass it up. It really had everything we needed. I highly suggest this place if you are looking for something simple with easy access to the beach. Loved meeting the owners, who are this adorable older couple who stays on the property.
