Condo paradise
The condo was as described. Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Condo was nice and clean. Very cozy. Mike was very attentive to any questions. One of our sons surprised us for my husbands birthday. Which made our stay even better! Met some wonderful people on the beach. Still construction in the area, but that didn’t take away from our trip. We would recommend this condo and may even stay again. We were very satisfied. Vacations are hard to come by with our professions. Was nice to enjoy ourselves.

Oh yeah!
We just finished a wonderful week at this place!! It was perfect for us!! We loved having a direct view of the ocean and beach. The condo was so comfortable and well appointed. Mike and Suzanne were very accommodating and communicated well. The only bad part of our week was leaving. It was so good to be back to FMB!!

Winter vaca
Unit was clean and quiet...some construction noise from another building but nothing that bad...so glad they continue to clean up from the hurricane...my heart goes out to all that were affected by it.

Amazing Sunsets
This condo was very well equipment with everything you needed for an amazing beach vacation . The host was always very responsive with any questions we had. Yes Hurricane Ian caused a lot of damage in the surrounding area , but I would definitely stay there again.

Not as expected
Condo was nice. Hurricane damage was shocking. For what you have to pay for a rental with the damage still being repaired it was a poor value. Elevator was down 2 different times for hours and it held up plans. The alarm in the building next door went off 2 solid days and we couldn’t hear the TV or surf because it’s blaring away. The ground floor is under major construction and everything else around the building is closed under construction repairs. It’s hard to fault the owner to try and get income back from being out of commission but I was led to believe the pool was possibly going to open to finding it don’t even have a liner or fence around it and was told it would not open for months. Half the beach area was closed for repairs and there is no lobby or first floor it’s wide open to the air. I guess I just expected more done to be open. It’s a heavy construction site and zone for sure.

When the reservation was made, we called and told them the pool would probably not be open since getting inspections has slowed down the process. The pool was being filled today so it is not months away. They were also told they could cancel anytime befofe the reservation and get a full refund. The first floor has always been open to the air. We also have discounted our rates because of the construction and advised renters of the construction going on around the complex.

A great vacation!
Everything was perfect. The unit was well appointed; cozy but we didn't feel cramped at all. The view of the Gulf from the 11th floor gave us the opportunity to watch the cloud formations. It was very close to good places to eat as well as Publix. We couldn't ask for anything more. We hope to do it again sometime.

Fun week get-a-way
Loved the condo! Had everything we needed, especially thankful for the beach equipment and cart! Loved the restaurants close in Santini Plaza too. The pool is so refreshing and it was easy to do some laundry to return home with everything clean.

We found the place clean, supplied, efficient, and convenient. Only one complaint, but out of the control of owners, is that on our day before leaving, the apt. above us was installing doors and cementing stuff. They were soooo loud. No warning or apologies from anyone related to that construction. We had to leave the apt because the fumes of cement were coming down through the ducts into our apt. Outside of that, KUDOES! Great place to stay
This condo had more amenities than any other we have used. The kitchen was well stocked and had a cabinet full of spices, coffee, tea, sugar, etc. that have been left from previous guests which was great. The freezer had a bag of fresh ice which was wonderful. The bathroom was completely stocked with shampoos, conditioners, sun lotion, aloe, etc. Be sure to check the bathroom and the kitchen cabinets before heading to the store to stock up for your stay. We used the beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, and pool noodles. Everything was awesome! We loved the balcony and water view, the pool was super, the beach was covered in shells, and the property was immaculate. The bed and other furniture were clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. And the restaurants nearby were excellent. We loved it here. Thank you for allowing us to use your property!

Short walk to beach & pool. Clean condo stocked well with amenities Close (but not tooo close) to all Ft Myers Beach has to offer. Short drive to Bonita Beach as well. Good restaurants & shops right across the street even a small food/craft market tues & thurs. Will continue to come back! Thank you

Wonderful Week on Estero Island
We had a wonderful time at the Condo. Beautiful view and a clean and well stocked unit. Very easy check-in. The owner was very helpful. The location is perfect. Easy access to the beautiful gulf beach. Very convenient location for access to shopping, bars, and great restuarants. I highly recommend this property.

The condo was clean, modern, and comfortable. We appreciated all the updates that had been done, especially the air conditioner in the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. We used the supplied cart and chairs for the beach. We were very pleased with everything.

Thanks for the review. We put in the A/C in the bedroom as a backup for the main A/C in the wall. I think we are the only unit that has that feature and it helps to keep the unit at a standard temperature especially in the hot summer months.

Wonderful stay
We had a great time. The condo was very clean. It was one of the best stocked places we have stayed. The bed was comfortable as was the rest of the furniture. I enjoyed the bird book and used it a lot to identify birds we saw that day. The view was wonderful. We watched sunsets and dolphins from the balcony. Thank you for letting us stay.

Great Beach Vacation
The unit we stayed in had great views of the ocean and it was wonderfull to fall asleep at night to the sound of the ocean waves. The beach is magnificent you can walk for miles and lots of sea shells to admire or collect. Plenty of restaurants near by. We had great vacation here.

Cozy cute condo with great view and secluded beach. Chairs umbrella and cart were in the closet. Kitchen was not very clean and bathroom sink was clogged. Owner told us to buy some draino and take care of it ourselves. Don’t think we were reimbursed like she said we would be.

Thank you for taking the time to write a response. Since the sink was just flowing slow, we asked in they could just buy some Drano to try that and we would reimburse them or get a plumber if that did not work. We never heard a word back from them but would gladly reimburse them if they contact us. As far as the kitchen not being clean, this is the first time we heard about that since we get mostly comments about how clean the place is.

Very easy check in. The condo is very clean and walking distance to several shops, bars and awesome food. The security guard was extremely friendly and helpful. Bring bug spray if you are going to be at the beach in the eve (We were advised to not walk in the grass at the condo because the "no see ems" they were very bad and my husband had bites all over him. Aside from that we had a wonderful time and would definately stay again.

The property was just as described. It was very clean and had a great ocean views. All the surrounding restaurants and shops were great also.It was a short trollie ride to anywhere you wanted to go on the island. It's also a great Island for renting bikes and traveling where you need to go.

Great view
We stayed in one unit and friends of ours stayed in another on the same floor. It was a great vacation. We walked to restaurants across the street every night and walked the beach every morning. Very convenient location. The 11th floor has great views, and we saw lots of wildlife, dolphins, manatees, eagles.

Quiet, relaxing location
The property was great for 2 people. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, and the pool area was nice. The property was far enough away from all of the crowds and traffic of Time Square, but close enough to other dining options within walking distance. The building was super quiet when we were there, which made a short wait for the elevator!
