'Excellent communication from the property owners and great location (traffic was easy to navigate on this part of the island). The property owners sent us some ideas of things to do in the area and were very accommodating with check-in as we were arriving late in the evening! So many fun activities for kids of all ages including the beach. There is a rental company steps away from the property for beach equipment and our kids also enjoyed the property pool throughout our stay. We look forward to...

'The location was awesome. Very easy beach access. The accommodations were comfortable but a little dirty. Arms on chairs and sofa looked like previous renters used them as napkins to wipe off their hands. One of our chairs was stained in an embarrassing spot so no one sat on it because it was gross. 'Our first night sleep was interrupted by a broken fire protection pipe setting off the building alarm at 2AM. We stood outside for 1.5hrs. Luckily our room wasn’t one of the rooms that had water damage. We weren’t compensated for our inconvenience. The building is still under repair for some of the amenities. 'Right on the beach. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels provided. Could easily walk to two restaurants. Perfect view for sunsets and wildlife viewing and stargazing. We stayed on upper floor which had great views. The porches could have used a simple curtain to create a little more privacy when you walked up and down the stairs. 'House is a great find, with lots to do for active people! The backyard is what sold it for us and it did not disappoint. Pool, hotub, outdoor shower, lots of seating AND a sand volleyball court (big win for my teenage daughter volleyball player). The family also had a blast playing pool together in the rec room. 'This does NOT sleep 4!! We got there and it was NOT clean. No bed sheets or blankets. Only one queen bed. We spent the first night sleeping on an air mattress (was dropped off at 10 p.m.), a loveseat, and a recliner. The next morning we saw that blankets and cleaning stuff was left outside in garbage bags, and they were wet. The heat didn't work. With no blankets, we were very cold.
