I am close to 60 years old and have traveled extensively, so I have been to a lot of hotels in my lifetime -some 1 star some 5 star when it comes to amenities. But this by far was the dirtiest most unfriendly place I have ever been. If they let me, I will upload pictures of the bathroom sink/faucet and what I wiped up behind the faucet, the toilet, the dirty sheets and the moldy fridge that didn't work. I complained 3 times when I checked in late at night and even offered to clean the room myself if they gave me cleaning supplies. The owner/attendant claimed it was clean even when shown the filth. He said I wouldn't even get this kind of clean at a Hilton. I had reserved 2 nights, and tried to cancel my second night, as I couldn't even sleep well with the dirty sheets. He refused.

The man at the front desk was extremely rude, and then they are trying to do some fraudulent actions by saying we left all kind of bags in the room and will be charged for it when we left absolutely nothing in the room which we know for a fact due to we were staying there for 10 days till we moved into our new apartment.

Property as a whole was not to bad. There is a funky smell when you walk in the front doors. Rooms were clean. However, if you have sensitive skin then bring your own sheets.my husband broke out in an itchy rash with welts after sleeping in bed. (Not bedbugs, I throughly checked 10x) and I had nothing. Pool was closed,vending machine empty and ice machine dirty/rusty looking. Staff was nice and accommodating. Weirdly though you have to bring your 2 dirty towels to the front desk if you want clean towels…..

You can do better
Very few people staying at this place the weekend we were there. The parking lot was not plowed with 4 -6 inches of snow... all other hotel lots were plowed. Breakfast was real weak. The pool was not open. This place is tired and needs a face-lift.

Nice and quiet place. Spacious room. Room was a little dusty but the bathroom was clearly wiped down and clean. Actually ended up extending my stay at the front desk with zero issues. Would stay again and plan to.

Manager and wife were really cool the room was not cleaned properly and in the microwave there was a plat you can tell it was from Thanksgiving in the microwave with mold all on it. I had to clean and vaccum the room myself. I think i shoud get another stay for free or a partial refund.

Avoid at all costs.
The first room they gave me was filthy. The carpet was awful and probably wasn't vacuumed in months, the bathroom still had used soap in it, and the bed had long blonde hair all over the bed spread, and short black curly hairs between the sheets. I was moved to another room that was maybe one step above. The carpet in the second room was probably vacuumed a week or two earlier, but still had debris on it. At least there wasn't pubic hair in the bed. The second room had an unplugged refrig, so I asked the manager why it was unplugged and he told me to just plug it in and it would be fine. Turns out the reason it was unplugged is because it makes a loud noise every time it starts up so you can't sleep. Not only that, but the wall unit heater made a loud rattling noise every time the fan turned on. I I didn't get much sleep. As a side note, the pool was also closed. I won't be staying here again.

The property is attractive and clean. I was concerned that there were very few rooms filled so checked other reviews. Many said the staff and owner were rude and unpleasant. We didn’t find that at all.

Steer Clear!
This was the absolute worst hotel experience of my life. The clerk at the desk was incredibly rude during check-in and refused to give us extra towels until we had "turned in the ones from the room" which were dingy, thin, and tiny. The whole place was filthy, both in the common areas and in the rooms, it was noisy, smelled off, and there was something that appeared to be dried blood on the wall.

Terrible service. Front check-in staff who went by the name Dave was rude and miserable. Had to change room once because it wasn’t cleaned, hair all over the bed and room was dusty and had a bad odour. 2nd room was slightly better but not by much, was too tired to change rooms again so went to sleep by laying on top of my own clothes as I don’t think the sheets were cleaned. Will never stay at this property again.

Staff was rude at check in and checkout. Posted breakfast times were wrong and web times wrong, so we missed breakfast (1/2 the reason we picked this location). Bed clean, but carpet, air conditioner, shower were all dirty but not gross. We got a low-cost room with a low-cost result, likely would not stay again

Staff was very rude. I told them 2 people and they immediately called my room when my kids were helping me with my bags to question why there was so many people. I wasn’t in the room but for 3 mins before they called. And then my daughter that was staying with me came to the hotel and did not have key. The man would not let her go back to my room until she called me. She called and I said to come back and he wouldn’t let her and made her wait outside until I came to let her in front lobby door.
