This property is not in a good state of repair. Lobby Front door handle was hanging by one screw when i arrived. The gal at counter said maintenance guy went to hardware store to get a screw. And later that day, the inside handle was now hanging loose as well with no outside handle at all. Only got worse from there. My room was a disaster of poorly executed repairs. Bathroom sink faucet was not attached to the counter at all! Nor the bathtub faucet either. Broken bathroom floor tile, hole in bathroom door, hole in wall sloppily patched and unfinished, just to name a few. It seems they don't have things under control.

I wish I could give zero star. Room is so worse that I mistook it for a public restroom. My brother and I book two different room and both room had blood stain, sweat stain, human hair, pet hair. Was hit with a pet/human urine smell upon entering lobby and the room as well. They quote “smoke free” but I highly doubt it when we were met with cigar smell. Do not book this hotel. I’m not the type of person to judge others but only the sketchiest of people book this hotel. I regret booking this hotel and definitely will not come back. Do not book this hotel at any cost even if it means the death of you.

Where to start, the light switch didn't work when we walked in, the shower had hair in it, no trashcan, dirty towels, stained pillow cases, carpet was peeling up, curtains were messed up, and more.

The room had mold, a noisy heater/AC, smelled of cigarette smoke, and bed bugs. The staff was great, but the manager not so much.

There was a coffee maker but no coffee nor were there cups for water although there was an ice bucket. No soap no shampoo. For a non-smoking hotel my room reeked of tobacco. No steps outside to get to rooms, one must go inside to the elevator then outside again to get to the rooms on 2nd floor. Repairs done shoddily, haphazardly. Running toilets, a loud and banging elevator. Temperature control was "wonky" too hot sometimes, too cold sometimes. There seemed to be a problem with the homeless breaking in and squatting. The place was a dump but the people were really nice and tried to help

first i was put into the wrong room, and that door didnt shut all the way, there was cigarette hole burns in the blanket, and cigarette ash in the nightstand drawers. called the front desk and they came to help me nove to the correct room, and this one wasnt much better; the curtain hadfell off half way, this blanket also had burn holes in them, there was a hole in the wall that had sunlight coming through it, didnt even stay the night, stayed 3 hours when i booked a week. they also did not reimburse me, but Expedia was able to help assist in the issue of my safety

The first room we were placed in was NASTY! First thing we found was the tolet was clogged. There were Holes in the walls, blankets, and curtain. Cigarette burns in the blanket. Huge stains on the bed. Dirt all over the floor. Heater made a horrible screetching sound all night. Nail polish all over the sink. And the DOOR DIDNT LOCK! When we brought up the problems, we were told they couldnt give a refund but they could move our room. We reluctantly agreed. The new room was better but not by much. The heater didnt work and the bathroom sink didnt work. We also found out they charged us for an extra night. When we called and spoke to the "manager" Sam, we were told "I can't do anything about it". He wanted to argue that the rooms were in that condition because they werent making very much money on the stay so they didnt care as much. Then, after we told him how ridiculous it all was, he said he would send maintenance to the room and if our claims were true, he would give us some sort of compensation. He then called back and lied, saying everything was working. I wouldnt send my worst enemy to this place. If you need a cheap, clean hotel, the Executive Inn a quarter mile own the road is usually the same price and MUCH better.
