We arrived with a reservation and were told that Expedia was overbooking rooms there, so we didn't have a room. Once we told the man at the front desk that we were going to rip up our Hilton Honors card he was able to find us a room. Justin (?) at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was terrible every morning. Very little food and it was not being refilled. Teabags were even hard to get. Eggs were partly frozen in the center. The area you ate at was not clean. Although the room was clean it needed several things repaired such as loose screws in the cabinet in front of the refrigerator and the extra lock on the door. I have stayed at this hotel for many years. The last time I stayed I thought it would be the last, but decided to give it another chance. I will not stay there again.
