'We had a great stay in Indianapolis. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and stylish. The kids really enjoyed the fuse ball table and there were plenty of appliances/cookware for us to enjoy a home cooked meal together and well as being feet away from at least 5 restaurants. Will definitely book with them again.'

'Everything was great between the space, location, and room. The only complaint that I could make was it that the water pressure in the bathroom could have been a little better. But that is the only negative thing that I can think of. Very spacious.'

'Awesome location right in the heart of Arts district. Can walk to so many restaurants and shops or just people watch near the Monon trail. We loved the close proximity to the CoHatch where we were attending a baby shower. As listed, there are two flights of stairs in the condo but as long as you don't mind that it was perfect.'

'We came out for Memorial Day Weekend and wow, this place is perfect! Joann was great, the place was super clean, tons of space, right in the heart of the action in the Art District and very safe. Bedrooms were huge and kitchen was loaded with more amenities than we knew what to do with (I may need to purchase a similar coffee/espresso maker for home!). Definitely a place we will look to stay at again for any future visits to the area.'

'This basement apartment is huge. Pics don’t do it justice. Nicely decorated and everything you need. The only questions/concerns I had was if we had to wash all towels for next day (yes, only provided two and we were a two-day stay), where to find more toilet paper (only one roll - had to buy another one) and how to turn air on which turned out there isn’t any. The second you open the door you are greeted with low budget furniture and decor, but what you notice first is the smell. Wow does that place have a smell! I honestly couldn’t describe what the smell is besides horrible and overpowering. Although it’s not a private community, it feels like one with its own little town hall, and restaurants, ale houses, gyms, pools and parks that are situated around the property. 'Apartment was filthy, had to wash all bedding, deadbolt on interior door broken. Very poor communication with CozySuites. They have a file with all the problems if you would like to investigate.'
