'It was exactly how the listing looks and reads! Prior to booking Josh gave me the address so I could make the decision on if it was close enough to my venue and it was! My wedding venue was 10 minutes away from the house. It was so spacious and rustic chic, just my vibe. Love the keypad entry, made things so easy- especially when they texted the code instead of messaging so that was super helpful!! Amazing experience overall. Would stay again just for us :)'

'This was the perfect stay for us! It is centrally located, allowing easy day trips to Cañon City, Colorado Springs, and Denver. The house itself is clean and well maintained - issues mentioned in previous reviews, i.e. the loose dishwasher, have been addressed. The animals on the property were our favorite part of the stay! We were able to spend some time with the goats, working dogs, and cow. They were all very entertaining and friendly. We can’t wait to come back!'

'My family and I traveled to Parker from SC to visit my elderly father and the farmhouse was perfect for the 4 of us (two couples) The furnishings are very calming and tastefully done. The views of the mountains and horses were great to wake up to each morning. Sunsets over the mountains were gorgeous as well. The owners live on the property, yet it feels very private with a separate driveway and its own two car garage, which was a plus for keeping the rental car safe during a nearby hailstorm....

'This was just perfect for my Academy Reunion stay! A little treacherous getting there in the dark, but the owner's instructions were right on! Location VERY convenient to all Academy events. Place was cozy and just what I needed. Property was beautiful and I even hiked right from the front door and climbed the hoodoos...highly recommend!! Gorgeous view from up there! One suggestion would be to have a small supply of paper plates/cups/untensils on hand for guest use. There were only a couple and...
