'This was our second stay at the Casita. And as soon as we walked in, it felt like an old friend, welcoming us back. As always, Lisa was very generous and left us snacks and wine in the kitchen. Again the Casita succeeded in providing us the restful, comforting ambience we always look forward to. Highly recommend!'

'My daughter and I stay here for our annual Mother daughter trip. It was our first time to Fredricksburg and the owners were so kind and gave some wonderful recommendations. We loved the charm of this house and the location was wonderful. Just a few blocks from downtown. We took the bikes for a ride one night and found a great restaurant just a couple blocks over and then cruised around downtown to do some window shopping. We loved our stay and will be back again someday.'

'We really enjoyed our stay , everything you could need and much more . Very clean and comfortable bed . The shower was also a plus 😀 unable to fully see tv due to internet, however understandable considering location. Definitely will be coming back !! And will refer friends and family .'

'Upon check-in, we were not provided with the necessary information to access the rental property. The key code was not provided until two hours after our scheduled check-in time. During our stay, we were compelled to request several essential amenities from the owners, as they had not been adequately prepared in the house prior to our arrival. Most concerningly, upon check-out, we received an unreasonable list of alleged "damages" claimed to have been left by our party. These "damages"...

'Eric and Jenny's guest house is an extremely nice, very comfortable place to stay while exploring Texas hill country and local wineries. They are amazing hosts and excellent communicators about everything related to the stay and the area. We had lots of questions which they very promptly answered. We would highly recommend Eric and Jenny's guest house to anyone wanting to spend some time exploring Texas hill country and enjoy some peace and quiet! '

'The place was great, but a little bit noisy from traffic on the highway nearby. The host was responsive to our requests. The only big issue was the very skinny spiral stairs leading to the bedrooms. Fine for those under age 30, but maybe not so easy for us. We're all old and over 65. We're all in very good shape, so it didn't make much difference, but it might for some.'

'I really wanted to sit outside and have a fire in stone fireplace but it was by host side of the house. Didn’t like being attached to her actual home. Everything else was great if I stayed there again it would be one of the other houses, on the property. Have to drive to town or uber'
