'This home was amazing for our family reunion. Everyone had their own bedroom and the kids loved the pool, spa and all the games they had. The arcade game had like 1000 games. The home was enormous and the kids loved playing hide and seek. The three fridges and freezers was plenty of space for all the food and drinks we had. 'After reading reviews about hearing the bar across the street, I was nervous that we would not be getting the quiet weekend away that I had planned, but the music was actually great! We ended up sitting on the porch all three nights we were there enjoying the music and dancing on the porch. Def one of my favorite places that we have ever stayed.'

'I knew right away this trip was going to be special. The check-in process was a breeze. We arrived at night and found the home clean and inviting. It truly felt like a home away from home. 'We stayed at property for 4 weekends in August, house was roomy and clean. TV was troublesome, would not cut off so we had to unplug it. Ants in one bed and wasps in another bedroom on August 26 and 27. Sure due to heat outside. Limited silverware, s0o guest should be told to bring own. Overall nice house.'

The property manager was very responsive and gave us a heads up about some unexpected damage to the property that occurred in a storm the night before our stay. 'We enjoyed our stay, as the property allowed our family to gather under one roof and build many memories. Thank you. Unfortunately, the Texas heat took a toll on one of the AC units in the main house; however, the property manager was quite responsive. Within an hour or two, a repair tech was onsite, and the problem was resolved by Friday evening. 'Property is awesome and owners were responsive and very easy to work with. The only issue was we aren't technology smart so not having local TV without streaming was an inconvenience until our kids dropped by and set us up with their streaming. 'Our granddaughter was graduating in nearby Hutto which made the Acadia House a perfect location for us. Our grandson (9) had a blast in the creek trying to catch the minnows as well as hunting for rocks and shells! Patio was great at night for relaxing with the nice breeze back there! The ladies very much enjoyed the decor and pics of New Orleans. Great fun!'

'We found this property to be as described. For us, the location was perfect. We were only 10 minutes from our family allowing us to spend more time with them in Hutto. Want to also note that the neighborhood was quiet and clean. Don't overlook downtown Hutto! I had no idea what the little downtown had to offer.
