'The property is lovely, clean and well stocked! Everything was easy about our stay, except for the stairs for these old bones. The apartment is walkable to all downtown shops and restaurants. We had a small dog with us and there were plenty of dog friendly areas. One downside is the number of homeless - sad, and some were sketchy. But this is not uncommon in city areas. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it!'

'So many good things to say about this property: 1. Host is gracious, attentive and communicative. He sincerely wants guests to enjoy and have everything they need. 2. Location is out of but convenient to the city. On the outside, it's like a neighborhood we would live in. 3. Inside the home is high-end, professionally decorated but not stuffy. 'Loved the loft. It was a good location for us as we were in town for our daughter’s graduation. We were able to walk to almost everything. Many dining options in the area. The loft was clean and comfortable. We did not cook while staying there, but there were plenty of plates, glasses silverware etc. only issue was the noise outside. This may have been due to the fact that it was graduation week. One of the bars around the corner had very loud music and the celebrating went on well past 2am....

'This place was exactly as posted. It’s in a gated community. It’s very close to Cades Cove and only a small drive to Gatlinburg. The community is clean and very well landscaped. The inside of the condo was stocked with everything and more that we needed. Spare towels, pillows, blankets. Even some cooking spices and kcups! The beds were very comfortable and clean! There is a stand up washer/dryer in the unit and a great walk in shower in the master bath. The neighborhood is nice to walk around in...

'If you are looking for a cool place in downtown Knoxville, this is a good option. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, etc. Really a cool condo with an excellent renovation. Two small items. First, the parking space is small and if you have a big car (like we do) be sure to coordinate it beforehand to avoid issues. Secondly, there are miles of closets in this apartment, but only a few old wire hangers. Time to add some.'

'My sister and I came to Knoxville for the first time to see a concert at the UT and were so delighted that we chose this great rental. The location was perfect because we enjoy walking around to explore and it was close to many shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and rest of the place - modern. Blake was very easy to reach and made sure our stay was fully enjoyed. Highly recommend.'

'Directions to property were perfect! Property was very clean and well kept as we drove through parking lot. Unit was very clean and organized. Property manager was very responsive to all questions. Only issue was we wanted to have coffee outside one morning on back patio but area was covered in cobwebs. We just sat at table inside and looked out window. I would definitely recommend this property for a mountain getaway.'
