'Hotelkamer is aan de kleine kant, wij hadden een kamer op de “executive Floor”. Voor de rest is de kamer schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien (kluis, koelkastje), keuze voor uitzicht op pretpark of op Mount Fuji. Ontbijt is goed, keuze uit oosters of westers ontbijt. Ontbijt met uitzicht op mount-Fuji (als het weer het toelaat) Bijkomstig voordeel is gratis entree voor fuji-q-highland pretpark, direct naast het hotel. '

I found the staff at reception and also in the bar to be extremely helpful and they went out of their way to help us offering help without even needing to be asked.
