'This property was ideal for what we needed. Our son graduated VCOM with multiple ceremonies and we need a place we could all convene and celebrate. Proximity to downtown Spartanburg was ideal, and the space lent privacy to a small family gathering after the ceremonies. 'This property clearly has somebody who lives there when it's not rented out and minimal preparations are done to accommodate the guests as far as the resident putting their stuff away. The house is in need of repair and has several items that are not operational or broken. The whole house smells dank like mildew or mold.
