I'm sorry to hear your stay was not as expected. Normally there is an upgrade charge as you went from a Standard room to a Premium room. I don't know the reason you did not get the room you reserved and I will refund the upgrade fee for the misunderstanding. Chestnut hosts many weddings throughout the spring/summer/fall; however we have no control over the music they celebrate with. I hope the rest of your weekend was enjoyable.
