'The property was perfect for our short trip. It was clean and had everything we needed. The snacks and water were such a nice surprise. The host was so welcoming and even called when we left something behind. Highly recommend this property!'

'Safe area, easy 15 minute drive to Disney. Our large family was very happy. House had everything we needed to prepare breakfast every day. Used the dishwasher and washer and dryer. Close drive to Whole Foods, Walmart and Costco. The only issue was pillows could be more comfy and the primary bed was a very firm mattress.'

But having a car, we had parking and were centrally located to other neighborhoods of interest. Walkable to many restaurants and markets for essentials. Laurie was a great host!'

'This house was recently remodeled and they thought of everything a guest might need. Beds and furniture are very comfortable, the kitchen and two bathrooms well-equipped. The push button door lock is easy to use, no fumbling with a key and lock box. Parking is easy, and the location could not be better. Grocery stores are close by, and a CVS is right around the corner.'

'We were very pleased with the unit. Clean, as advertised. Easy to locate. One small drawback is that there a little traffic noise but usual quiets down by 9 or 10. To be clear, it is not on a main road. Just off the main road. Great place overall'

'I stayed at Elizabeth’s upstairs apartment with my husband and 5yo twins. Street parking was always available and the beach/pier was a short walk. We cooked in the kitchen and did laundry in the space provided. We used the beach toys, beach mats and umbrella. We opted to rent bikes as we wanted tandem bikes for our children which was an easy walk from the apartment, but beach bikes and helmets were available. Our kids had fun at the Tongva Park which is also a short walk away. Thank you...

'The house was charming and clean. The kitchen had all the basics if you need to cook. We appreciated the comfortable beds, quiet street and black out curtains which all contributed to restful evenings. The host was super responsive and helpful. Location was perfect for us near Hollywood and USC regions. Would definitely return here next time. Thanks, BB'

'I really liked the fact that all my kids fit comfortably and I was able to cook in the full kitchen. I did not like that 7th st. Is vlised and we had to park actoss the street in a parking garage. There was lots of crime and your constantly hearing sirens and helicopters. I had to walk down the block and thwn cross the street and come back down to the hotel with all our luggage and kids. It has its good and bad. I probably would rent again because of the size of the place and price'

'I really liked my stay. The location is great on the well known Venice Beach Boardwalk, the beach is literally 5 steps away. On the rooftop you can chill as well with a great view. Rooms are nice as well, beautiful bathroom and good bed to sleep in when you are not out in Venice and/or Santa Monica.'
