Great Property
Really neat house within walking distance of every in the Front Street area of Georgetown. Park the car & forget about it. The house & surrounding properties are full of history. If you are a couple or small family this is the ideal property to explore Georgetown. Pawley’s Island is not far away if you’re looking for a beach.

Wonderful historic home and neighborhood!
The home was so nice, peaceful neighborhood and so clean. We had everything needed in the home. Great location to walk to quant Georgetown with many excellent restaurants, harbor walk and many shops. Fabulous Getaway!
My hubby & I LOVED our time at 313 Front Street! Beautiful cottage, very comfortable, clean, wonderful high pressure shower! This home is close to all the wonderful shops & restaurants Historic Georgetown has to offer. Cannot wait to go back soon!! 💜 Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

Cute and Cozy
Great neighborhood. Just a few blocks to bars, dining, museums,etc. Home is in nice condition though the ceilings are low. Mattress in larger bedroom needs upgrading as it slopes toward the middle. Georgetown is akin to Savannah but on a bite sized scale. Many 100, 200+ year homes with lovely gardens and the town’s streets are lined with moss-draped live oaks.

Nice Spring Break Getaway
We love Georgetown, and this little house is in the perfect location, walking distance to the Front Street restaurants and shops and only a couple of blocks to Eastbay park. It’s also a short 15 minute drive to Pawley’s Island beach. The reason I gave only a 3 in cleanliness was because when we checked in, the house had not been cleaned. This was due to a mistake by the cleaning service. When we contacted the owners to let them know they arrived at the house within 5 minutes and cleaned up themselves! The previous guests had only stayed one night so it wasn’t very messy. The owners also graciously comped us for one night due to the mixup. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wants a relaxing place to stay in the Georgetown area!

Birthday Stay in Georgetown
We've been coming to Georgetown for my birthday for 6 years in a row. This was our first stay at this location. Access to the property was simple. Inside it felt like home. Very comfortable and nicely appointed. Everything we needed was provided. We ate our breakfasts here, prepared our lunches for our journeys, and chilled out before going to dinner. Downtown Georgetown was only a few2 short blocks away. Very nice neighborhood and convenient location to Georgetown proper, Brookgreen Gardens, Huntington Island, and other locations along the Hammock Coast. WSe will definitely stay here again!

Loved our Thanksgiving stay here!
5 stars for our short stay in Georgetown at this location! We arrived day before Thanksgiving. Easy access into house with instructions provided by Kevin. House was very clean, cute, and well supplied (except low dish soap, no paper towels, and no laundry detergent). But otherwise, everything provided. We were able to prepare a wonderful Thanksgiving meal in the spacious kitchen and served 4 visiting family members in addition to the 3 of us who were sleeping here. Beds very comfortable! Early morning walk, we were greeted by the local neighborhood roosters. You could only hear them when you walked outside. Make sure if you're walking your dog that he/she is on a leash! There are also some feral cats nearby. But best part of this walk is the proximity to the historic downtown businesses and harbor walk. Pawley's Island was a quick 10 minute drive away. When we plan a return to this area, we'll definitely consider this location first!

We were unable to stay at the property due to flight can ellations from Hurricane Ian. As soon as I contacted Kevin he immediately responded and did everything he could to refund me my payment and cancel the reservation for that weekend since it was within 24 hours of arriving on location. Even though I can't comment on the actual house, his customer service was amazing and I was very grateful for his understanding.

With Flying Colors
I booked this cottage for my elderly parents who came to visit for the weekend. There was plenty of room for all of us to visit and clean enough to let the baby roam around on the floor. My parents were able to access the home without problems and the layout was perfect for their mobility. The house is beautiful, and we all enjoyed it immensely- especially my folks. It passed the parent approval test with flying colors!

This cute cottage was right in the middle of historic Georgetown. It was within walking distance of downtown restaurants and shopping and East Bay park. It is also a short drive to the beautiful beaches in the area. I would definitely recommend it for couples or small families.

Nice house in a nice location
After a somewhat iffy start (dishwasher filled with dirty dishes; dryer filled with linens waiting to be folded; used linens in pillowcase by front door) we settled in for a pleasant stay. Next door neighbors are delightful and offered restaurant recommendations which was greatly appreciated.
