'Хостел нереально найти без проводника(хотя бы телефонного). Я не остался в данном хостеле, хотя уже оплатил его. Хостел больше для рабочих чем для туристов. В данный момент в хостеле совсем не убираются и в целом не следят за ним. Обслуживающего персонала нет совсем. Возможно он полноценно ещё не открылся после пандемии и ограничений. Но нужно отдать должное хозяйке, она терпеливо по телефону проводила до хостела, показала как в него попасть. И готова была подтвердить отмену бронирования. '

'I picked one of the colored rooms on the site but sadly got a different one, the staff sadly just tried to fill up the first rooms and move from there to fill the others instead of giving more space. the location is great but the rest is normal. too many people walking around so they removed my clothes from the windows where i tried to dry them'

'Design and condition of this hostel, run by Russians, is really nice, rather hotel than hostel level. BUT... There was a major problem with check in, staff insisted that they couldn't see our reseration, what was fully prepaid. After a one hour struggle and Hotels.com intervention we finally checked in. The plumbing in two bathrooms was clogged, sewage flowed out. There was a public holiday so they were not able to fix it immediately, what was understandable. We were shown a alternative WC...

'There is no such place as Joihostel. There is another hostel, of a different name, using the name "Joihostel" onlihe. It's a fraudulent operation. The "owner" of this place now has civi, criminal, and administrative charges pending against him in Tbilisi, Georgia.'
