'Our family of 4 stayed at this house for a short getaway to ride the trails around Newberry. The location has easy access to the trails by sled, as well as a gas station. Being in town, restaurants and grocery stores are nearby and available. The way the driveway is situated makes it easy to pull your trailer in for loading and unloading your equipment. The house was cozy and there was a nice mud room off the back for all your gear. The host was responsive and accommodating. We would stay here...

'We loved our stay!! We came up for along weekend and first impression was it is the perfect spot and then we walked in and it seriously felt like home. The master bedroom has the perfect view of the water. Nice waterfront property and you’re not on top of your neighbors! The boys had a good time fishing and the girls relaxed by the fire pit. 'Twin beds are very comfortable and have stable frames. (no rickety beds here!) There are 2 additional cots available as well. The en suite bathroom has safety rails and a built in seat which was perfect for my 78 year-old mother. The front steps are a bit of a challenge if you have any mobility difficulties. The property was very clean. When a minor house issue was noted, the owners were very prompt and professional in addressing the situation. The only negative was road noise. I did not...
