We had previously taken 3 trips to the marina without too much problems. The owners always seemed to have a little anxiety with us launching on their ramp. 'This property was great. It was exactly as advertised. And there were free snacks and coffee. We enjoyed our stay very much. Just be aware that the keypad is actually on the front door where the keyhole would usually be. I spent about 15 minutes looking for a lockbox on the porch only to discover that I had only needed to open the door to find the keypad.'
