'The house is in Kenwood, which was a perfect location for our group (4 couples), as we spent time in Healdsburg down to the town of Sonoma - so great central location. The house itself has 4 bedrooms , each with its own bathroom. Beautiful yard for outdoor events . Heated pool, etc. House really has it all. Would love to get back sooner than later.'

'We had a wonderful time bringing our 4 children and two of their significant others to The Chanric and wine country. The property was perfect and allowed everyone to have their own space. The kids (20’s) enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and we had a fabulous private chef prepare an arrival meal for us. Nicole and Solani were very attentive to all of our needs. One thing to note: The "4th bedroom", is disappointing. It's an office with a pull-out couch. This room is definitely not like the others. Fortunately, we only had 3 couples...'

'This house is perfect for a group or family. Great location up on Howell Mountain and close to some fantastic wineries up there as well. No need to go down into the “valley” for tastings as Howell Mountain offers some of the best red wines you’ll ever taste! The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Rodrigo was a great host who made sure everything was to our liking. We will most certainly be back to rent this house in the future.'

'WOW! What a location! This was the perfect spot for a getaway with dear friends for my birthday. There was plenty of space for us to have privacy if needed, but also lots of room to all gather and laugh. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen was a dream to cook in (so says my chef friend), and the pool and hot tub were divine. 'We were 2 families with young children and this house was perfect for us. Enough room for everyone to spread out, gorgeous pool, very nice finishes and furniture throughout. The house was well equipped and the automatic pool cover was a big plus as we do have young children.
