'Kanab is a great base to explore southern Utah and this was in a nice quaint neighborhood, between two residential houses, one of which I think the owner resides in. The accommodation is well stocked and with new appliances - definitely looks and feels newly renovated. Only potential consideration is there is just one bathroom - we were a family of four so it was adequate, but I could see a larger family having some issues waiting to shower.'

The home is well stocked with everything we needed, plus the extra stuff such as baggies, coffee, tea and so on. The home is very clean and the master bed was one that you just fall into and you will be sound asleep in no time. 'My husband and I brought our parents to Utah for a week of hiking, sightseeing, and relaxing. We got a major grocery haul in Salt Lake City on the way down from the airport and used that food all week in the well-equipped kitchen (and grill outside). We were pretty tired after spending all day outside in the parks, so we were happy to have a cozy, clean, and fully outfitted house to relax in. The sunlight and expansive views are beautiful. 'It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!'
