'The house was perfectly perfect...the space was great for the 3 of us and our pups . 3 spacious bedrooms, one room with it's own bathroom ! The living and kitchen space so relaxing and warm. We are ready to stay again! The host checked in everyday and made sure we had all we needed. Wonderful stay !'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We booked our stay to go UTV riding and the trails in the area did not disappoint! It was a bonus to ride directly from the house. So many trails we hardly scratched the surface. We also ventured out and enjoyed local Cliff Dwelling tour. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had and we would definitely stay again if ever in the area.'

The house was very well equipped, especially in the kitchen which was a huge bonus for us as we cook nearly all our meals even when traveling. Four adults and pets were easily accommodated at this property, with room to spare. We spent our days exploring the surrounding mountains and lakes and our nights relaxing in the house with home cooked meals. If we return to this beautiful area of the southwest we would definitely book...

'We did a company trip with daily visits to the lake. The owner really thought of everything from a bbq to Cornhole boards. Everything you need in a nice remodeled house. I would not Change anything it was such a great experience. If you are visiting the Roosevelt area for any reason this place is a must stay. Can’t wait for another trip at this property. Shawn M'

'i was by myself, so i just used the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom next to the bathroom. it would have been nice to have a larger group to use the living room and fireplace, very cool space. great location between Superior and Miami.'

'Erin was responsive to inquiries. House was clean, beds were comfy, had basic necessities. There was a small front yard with covered porch, which was nice. The neighborhood was tight. Houses extremely close together and many dilapidated but mostly quiet, some barking dogs. The neighbor's house next to the driveway had a carport with a metal roof that flopped around in the wind. It was loud and we did not park our rental car near it for fear of damage. They were not home the whole time we were...
