'This home in the center of Gloucester was the perfect accommodation for our weekend stay. It is a 5-10 minute walk to town, a 5 minute walk to the supermarket, and a 2 minute walk to a delightful local wine and cheese shop! The house was equipped with all we needed including a Nespresso machine and electric kettle. Having a parking space was a bonus. Would definitely stay again.'

However, after we got settled in, the downstairs portion of the house we were in was very clean and well furnished for us. We really enjoyed it, and the location for Salem was fantastic. 'The unit is the whole first floor of an older house, rearranged into two bedrooms, with a living room, dining room, AND a den (plus kitchen). The bathroom is quite small and needs better lighting. The master bedroom could use a luggage stand (no other furniture or closet in the room). And there are renovations that aren't quite finished. But overall its quite nice. Everything works. It's a quiet neighborhood. Very good value and will repeat.'

'The house was perfect for 5 of us to stay comfortably. We booked this house for the main purpose of spending the weekend in Salem. Salem was only a 10/15 drive from this house! This location is perfect for walking to the restaurants right on the water.'

'The property is located in the historical section of marblehead, with many beautiful properties and is close to the water and some nice in-town parks. Matt, the owner, provides exceptionally good service and is a great communicator. There is a booklet which he made up which included a lot of very helpful information, including the fact that a bus stop is just a few minutes from the property, and can link to the Blue line into Boston. 'The house was amazing and in a great location. Everything was clean and very modern. Parking was a little confusing but the property manager was very helpful and communicative. The space is private but the house is shared so we kept hearing other tenants come and go but we knew that going in and they were quite while we slept. This was just something we had to get use to. Over all would stay again and would recommend for anyone looking to stay close to Salem!'

'The apartment was on the top floor the pictures are accurate but the description is vague. The outside of the property needs to be addressed. The other houses in the neighborhood are beautiful. Great neighborhood for walking. The public beach is a 2 min car ride or you can walk to the end of the block to the sea wall and set up there. In the afternoon is low tide. Great restaurants in the town of Hampton. Would come back.'

'My friends and I had a lovely time at the house. It was quiet, sunny, and a nice break. It was nice to be close to options, but still quite secluded. We went for runs each morning, and enjoyed soaking up the warmth in the sunroom/patio area.'

'Laura's place is a gem and she is a terrific hostess. It is within walking distance to Good Harbor beach and drivable to all sorts of fun outings. It was the perfect size for our family of 8 - our four kids and to of their partners. The living area space, deck, and kitchen allowed for both full group moments and one on one time. Laura recently redid the kitchen and it was terrific. We highly recommend making pancakes on the stovetop griddle. Thanks for a great weekend in this special home.'
