Great beach getaway
My husband and I love staying at this house with our dogs - it’s so close to the beach, has a comfortable living room, a lovely hot tub, and a fenced yard for the dogs. We couldn’t ask for anything more! We’ll definitely be back, thank you!

Good location! Easy access to beach and jetty for exploring!
We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location, plenty of room for our big family to get together. Nice yard for our 2 dogs. The kids loved the downstairs room. It was really clean. Plenty of towels and linens. Great location for our daily adventures. Just a few notes. Upstairs beds could use new mattresses, not the most comfortable, but adequate. The screens seem a little loose and could use some work. Big sectional in living room is very old and soft. Last, the hot tub really need some lighting, as it is on the dark side of the house, decking around it would be good to keep it clean. There is no way to rinse feet before getting in. Sunset isn't really visible from the property due to large trees and beach view is limited. The place needs a little updating but overall, it was great for our family and met our needs. We enjoyed our stay!

This coastal retreat was great! The house is very large with everything one would need. There is a completely fenced yard which was great for our dogs. Hot tub was fantastic, views were amazing, Bobbie was easy to communicate with and very nice. We only stayed a weekend but we definitely wanted to stay longer! Highly recommend this place!

Review
The house has a number of very good features, such as the basement that leads directly to the fenced-in yard, the deck outside the front door, the deck outside the kitchen, and the washer and dryer. Also, the kitchen was very well stocked with all of the pots, pans, plates, etc. that we could possibly need. The bathrooms were spotless and well supplied with soaps and towels. Unfortunately, the dining area table was very difficult for us to use because the chairs were so high and hard to get close to the table without hitting our knees. The light switch for the kitchen was not working properly (very hard to get it to turn off and concern about outlet not working) and the light for the deck off the kitchen didn't work at all. The smallest bedroom window faces a house across the street where the really, really bright security light is on all night long, so the blinds had to be closed in that bedroom which drastically reduced the available ventilation from the window.

Awesome House!
This was an awesome house to stay at! A few of us went up for a fishing trip to Gold Beach and had a wonderful time at this house. Very comfortable with all the necessities. The hot tub was a nice way to end our fishing days. Would love to com back up and stay again!!

Wonderful visit, cozy house
We had a great time at this cozy clean home! Everything was thought of in detail! We are housekeepers of vacation home on the Oregon Coast ourselves , so we look at details like having nice towels and sheets and stocked kitchen! Also, the hot tub was great and very sweet private well maintained yard. We will definitely come back again!

Jessica was such a pleasure to host. The house was left so nice and clean, she even washed and folded the towels and sheets. It's always a pleasant surprise when guests go out of their way to make the clean as low impact as possible. I would welcome Jessica and her group back anytime.

Great getaway

Great family home with more than meets the eye
Bonnie's house was a wonderful get away the views of the jetty from the living room are beautiful and the fireplace was such a treat! There was plenty of firewood, so save yourself the space packing. The fetched yard was great for our dog and the hot tub is very private. You feel completely secluded. The hot tub was toasty hot for us when we opened it up on our second day, but there was a small amount of sand in the bottom of the hot tub when we arrived. We weren't bothered as the hot tub looked sparkling otherwise, but just thought I should mention for the hosts knowledge. The think I was most pleasantly surprised about was how well stocked this kitchen was! There is a glorious pantry filled with every dish, small appliance, or other gadget you may need! Even an actual kurig and instantpot. Next time we rent this house, we will be sure to plan to cook in to utilize what the kitchen has to offer! Overall, this is a really great find and Bobbie was a lovely hostess.

A week in Gold beach
The home was quite neat and clean, tho slight pet smell around stairs, and a doggie diaper found behind sofa. The view was nice. The stove burners were kind of wacky, one not working and tilting. I left a message for property manager and she came same day, but didn't feel anything was really wrong. We made due, and just didn't fill a pan to full as it would spill out . House was overall great and we'd stay again.

Family vacation!!
We absolutely loved our stay! The house was very clean and stocked well with cooking supplies, toiletries, laundry detergent/fabric softener, dishwasher detergent and Plenty of extra blankets pillows and towels! It had such stunning views of the ocean and very easy access to the beach, you can walk to the beach from the house if you want. Plus the hot tub was a extra bonus to relax in!! Plenty of room for us and our three kiddos 😁 We had a lot of fun exploring and had a very relaxing/peaceful time at your rental! Bobbie was amazing!! Exploration of Gold Beach is delightful
The location, close to the north jetty that is next to where the Rogue River meets the ocean is perfect for easy walking to the beach & enjoying ocean wildlife from the jetty. The house is very well equipped. Everything I reached for was available, and then some. The jacuzzi was spotless and a joy to use.

Cozy home in quiet neighborhood
This home had a great view of the Rogue River flowing into the ocean. It was wonderful to soak in the hot tub at the end of the day. There was plenty of wood and kindling for the fireplace in the living room. We made use of it while watching Netflix on a stormy night. While you could probably walk to the beach, it would be quite a hike. The road down to it was muddy with many potholes so we didn't attempt it. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Our vacation
What an amazing experience we had at this house. Massive amounts of room for our family of 8, with a warm fireplace, & comfy couch, we were in heaven. Short walk to the beach made our trip all the more special. Very easy access to the wonderful coast of gold beach. The hot tub was a lifesaver, with it bubbly jets, & calming warmth, it was really the highlight of our trip. The owner was such a nice lady. Her ability to communicate with me, was very easy, & made it so we had a full line of communication to discuss any concerns we may have had. She even gave us a later than late check out which was nice. Overall it was such a great experience. We were overjoyed with the home, & hospitality given to us by the owner. Such an amazing time! Birthday getaway
We stayed at the property for 2 nights to celebrate my aunt's 80th birthday. She absolutely loved sitting on the porch and watching the ocean. The view was wonderful and the neighborhood quiet. One morning we watched a mama deer and two babies walk in front of the property. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great price for place with hot tub!
Really worked well for our family gathering. If neighbor property would cut back the berries you could see ocean from hot tub. Wish there was a half bath downstairs. Nice that they had plenty of bedding for air mattress we brought as bunk beds better for young kids due to size. Very comfortable, affordable and clean. Would return if available.

Great rental
The property manager, Bobbie, was absolutely amazing! She was easily accessed and she replied very quickly. I am very satisfied with her service. The home was clean and presentable upon arrival. I really enjoyed the view from the front porch and the fact that the ocean view is visible from all the living room windows. No complaints there! I enjoyed the little touches that were placed throughout the home and they made me smile. It is a great home for families and the walk to the beach is not too bad either. There is even a place where you could drive and park, to be closer for less of a walk, that you can see from the home. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Gold Beach is a small community, but the views, trails, beaches, and the weather were great. The house was very clean, nicely populated with cooking utensils and spices. Worth the trip.
