When I read the reviews on this hotel , I was abit worried. As I turned up , the hotel looked amazing outside with a string of Irish pubs , a supermarket and restaurants. It was a nice , easy check in with amazing staff who were wonderful. Yes you have to leave a €50 deposit but that’s understandable as working in the travel industry in the past myself, I knew what some guests would leave it like after the holiday. We paid in cash and they gave us a slip to hand back in after checkout. The apartment was basic but very clean. And very ideal to what we needed. Based at the back where the swimming pools were. And we hardly heard any commotion. This hotel is central to everything and if you wanted to get a taxi to anywhere around playa de ingles it would only cost you upto €5. Which is a bargain compared to uk prices. We travelled with a wheelchair user and the hotel accommodated us with no hassle. The cleaner who came and changed our beds were absolutely lovely as well as all the staff. I can’t comment on the food at the hotel as we went self catering. But everything else, 100 per cent perfect and we would definitely return again.

Horrible place, the rooms to old. The pool space so nasty everything dry and dark. They take a security deposit for nothing also if u want go with a friend u need registration for the guess.

Sto til forventningene til et tre stjerners hotel. Litt slitne hotellrom og uteområder med «mye regler». Litt synd av det var et «voksenbasseng» som var oppvarmet.

The room was very hot!
Only stayed here for one night in October. The room was nice, had obviously been newly renovated, but the rest of the hotel was very tired looking - pools etc. The restaurant had been renovated and offered a very good breakfast. Excellent location next to shops and restaurants. The downside was that the room was unbearably hot with no air con or fans, I couldn’t sleep.

El personal en general era bastante amable y cercano, la habitación estaba bastante bien y la comida que servían en el comedor muy buena y variada. Lo único malo fue el aparcamiento, fue imposible encontrar. El aparcamiento específico del hotel estaba lleno y los alrededores igual, una odisea.

Es handelt sich um eine große Anlage, die etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und einer gründlichen Erneuerung bedarf, besonders bei den Matratzen. Die Küche war ok, alles Notwendige war vorhanden und es lief alles korrekt ab. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich genau gegenüber vom Hotel, was praktisch ist, wenn man das Frühstück selbst macht und immer frisches Gebäck hat. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man an der Strandpromenade.

The hotel is in close proximity to the sea front and to many restaurants and shops. Our one bedroom apartment was specious - could do with a bit softer lighting but the 3 swimming pools and area are very convenient.

Worse hotel stay ever
Absolutely the worse hotel stay ever. The hotel was basically handed over to youngsters from Las Palmas and around to go crazy in partying. Never ever heard such a brutal level of noice. 3 am police came to calm them down, and it took another 15 minutes till it went completely world again. Never again this place. Was promised recipient on email same day but haven’t seen it yet...

Apartments are spacious enough and kitchenetts includes all necessary equipment. 4 pools and the layout of hotels is very good for price. Unfortunetly, there were no bar and restaurant during my stay.

No lo recomiendo
Muy bonito en fotos pero nada que ver en la realidad muy viejos las habitaciones Mi pareja y yo 4 noches y no nos cambiaron ni sábanas ni forros de almohadas ni toallas, sofá cama roto, sin microondas,sin coral para lavar cubiertos, los enchufes al lado del escurridor de platos superpeligros muebles viejos, el baño muy chico una ratonera y pagamos 40 euros la noche, encima 50 de fianza, lo único la señora de la limpieza que nos dio coral, papel etc, no iré más no lo recomiendo

En el alojamiento hace muchísimo calor y no tienen ni aire acondicionado, ni ventilador. En las habitaciones a penas entra aire y en el baño más de lo mismo. Las condiciones del apartamento tampoco están muy allá me esperaba algo más para el precio que está la noche
