'A really nice place close to downtown square. Accommodations were superb. Breakfast was great (home cooked and hot) The host (Julie) anlso accommodated our diet needs with choices. WiFi and YouTube TV channel was also good. The host also suggested sites around town and was very friendly. Definitely recommend this B&B. '

'Really needed a place to crash near granbury. It was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. Check in was a little slow due to the fact they do thinks kind of “old school”. I just had coffee in morning so I can’t say anything about breakfast.'
