I only stayed one night, but everything I needed was at my fingertips. The room was clean and lovely. The bathroom was up to date, clean, and well supplied. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was fine. Breakfast was decent. Our refrigerator did not work though. Overall it is a good hotel for the price.

It looked ok at first but the sink would not drain and the pull out couch had a large round (what appeared to be urine spot) covered in mold and nasty stuff, like someone peed the bed and house cleaning never even checked it out. Very disappointed as this was a family get away. Also was offered nothing to compensate.

The girl that took care of use was very helpful and friendly, and the girl that cleans the 4th floor was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed

Pool was not open, closed by health department. There was nothing at booking about this or at check in. Sheer curtains were shredded. The matrees was really hard and had 4 small pillows, not enough for a king bed. The hotel was supposed to be pet free, but there was a dog staying on my floor. The dog did not have any service dog indication and was a pug. Have stayed at the hotel a few other times, but will not be back after this visit

Although I paid for an upgraded suite the room was not great. It was clean, but it smelled horrible. The bedding smelled like an old man who hadn’t bathed slept in the bed without washing the sheets for 6 months. The tv, refrigerator , and heat did not work. And there was a mouse trap in the furnace closet. The area felt unsafe. Also the pool was closed by the health department.

The staff were not friendly and it seemed like we were inconveniencing them by being there. Yes it was a place to sleep but the pool was out of order and they did not offer any compensation for that. I’d recommend to look elsewhere if you want to stay in Grand Rapids

Pool has been closed for a month and nobody was notified. When addressed we were told it was closed after our reservation was made for repairs…however the sign on the door of the pool says it’s closed due to the bacteria levels were too high since 2.20.2024 . The pool was shut down by the health department. Our team called for a block of room and they did not block the rooms off so our team was split between 3 hotels because when they called for a room there weren’t any left! Sinks were cracked and missing pieces. Staff said they didn’t have anymore garbage bags when we asked. Breakfast was cold. Coffee was always empty. Nobody was ever at the front desk. We absolutely will never stay here again.

Easy check in and did not have any issues at the property! Great option if you are doing things in grand rapids and do not want to spend a lot to be right downtown. our uber rides were about 7 min and came very quick.

Could not recommend less
As often as I travel, this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. When I arrived, they incorrectly booked me a night before and I had to prove my itinerary was accurate via email confirmation. Once I got in room, there was trash in the storage area and dirty/used socks on the window from a previous guest. Obviously, i did bot sleep in there and just found a hotel elsewhere. The staff was fine, clearly understaffed though.

A half hour after breakfast started there was little to no food. The room was dusty on the cieling with bugs in the corners and questionable stains on the couch. Not qorth the money spent.

Poor condition
Had a room with a jetted tub, the cold handle of the tub came off, the bathroom sink leaked, drained slow and black stuff came out of the drain. There was a tear in the sofa, a screw was out of the vent so the vent was loose.
